Villa Ruby is a beautiful three bedroom villa with its own private garden and pool, located two minutes walk from the beautiful prom that leads you to the marina and onto Playa Blanca town itself.Playa Blanca town is a upmarket resort.The sea front is an array of busy bars,cafes,restaurants and shops whilst the town is slightlyquieter.Dorada beach is the fun spot where you can enjoy the faster pace of life with jet skis,banana boats and ringos ect.The newly opened Marina which is a fifteen minute stroll from the villa is the perfect place for a romantic lunch or dinner with its waterfront restaurants and bars.Children love feeding the fish here and are always made to feel welcome.A market is also held here every wed and sat morning.Treat yourslf to a boat trip or just sit and watch the world go by.The harbour in Playa Blanca also runs ferrys across to Fuerteventura throughout the day.If this is not enough then you can hire a car and explore the rest of the island with all the wonders it has to offer .

Refundable breakages deposit of £100.00 is required with final payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to property inspection).
A £100.00 deposit per week is required at time of booking with the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to departure.

Located approximately four hours from the UK Lanzarote is the perfect holiday location with an average temp of 21-29 degrees depending of the time of year.Lanzarote is crammed with beautiful beaches,visitor attractions.There is lots to do for everyone from relaxing by the beach to go-karting and camel riding,para gliding or lots of history waiting to be discovered.
The Playa Blanca / Residencial Puerto Rubicon area
Playa Blanca is a bustling little town with some great bars,cafes,shops ands restaurants all along the prom where you can sit and watch the sea or the world go by.There are some great shops in the pedestrianized main shopping street.You can catch a ferry to fuerturventura from the harbour in Playa Blanca or take a local boat or fishing trip from the Marina.Marina Rubicon is great for shopping as well as eating .It has plenty of restaurants and cafes lining the marina perfect for a romantic lunch or a family meal while the children feed the fish.The marina also boasts the newly opened shopping centre with arcades ,crazy golf and a bowling alley.In all Playa Blanca is the perfect retreat from everyday life.

Clean, tidy, well equiped, tastefully decorated and privacy around the heated pool were all positives for the 4 of us who are in our 60' s.However this villa will suit all age groups. The swiiming area faces south and is well sheltered. The location is very quiet but just a few minutes from the town and marina.A supermarket is just 2 minutes walk. The island is not well signposted and so it can be difficult to find the villa if coming by hired car direct from the airport. . |
