Our lovely 3 bedroomed detached Villa is on a small gated urbanisation of 49 private villas was completed in 2005 and is equipped to the highest standard and now with WiF. Has a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, full oven, hob, fridge/freezer etc. The living room has a modern contempory feel withTV and DVD for your entertainment with SatalliteTV, and is open plan to the dining area, which looks out onto the terrace and pool area. The generous garden is beautifully planted and is surrounded by a volcanic rock wall. The large terrace area incorporates the heated 8 metres x 4 metres swimming pool and a built-in Canarian BBQ, making the most of the all year warm sunny climate. Now with WiFi..
The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suit shower room, the second bedroom is twin bedded with en-suit bathroom, the third bedroom is twin bedded and has a large shower room opposite and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the Solano which has fitted cupboards, for storage, fitted washing machine, a cloths rack, iron and ironing board.

Although our Villa is on one level, the patio doors are not large enough for wheelchair access.

Bathed in year round sunshine and boasting glorious beaches, Lanzarote is considered by many to be the most beautiful of the Canaries. Swirling multi-coloured rock strata, soaring purple volcanic peaks and jet black solidified lava streams punctuate Lanzarote's stark, moon-like landscape giving it a hauntingly beautiful, otherworldly magnificence.
The Playa Blanca / Villas Blancas area
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote. From the seafront you can see Fuerteventura which is 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the Island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
The Villa is a pleasant 15-20 stroll to the "town" or nearest beach - Playa Flamingo.
The nearest supermarket is approx 200 metres away., suitable for essentials, but there are several larger ones in the "town".
Taxis are available to and from the villa - 2 minutes to the town and Playa Flamingo, 4 mins to the International Marina and are very reasonably prices.
They are over 60 restaurants and bars to choose from in Playa Blanca.
A car is not essential, but if you want to visit places on the Island, we can suggest ones we have used. If you are thinking of booking a car for the whole time you are at the Villa we suggest booking in advance from the UK.

lovely villa in a good location. plenty of taxis available to get into town, or a 30 ish minute walk. Plenty of good restaurants with great service. The villa was comfortable and well equipped. Very nice to have a few goodies in the fridge when we arrived! |

I arrived and I was immediately impressed by how immaculately clean the villa was. It was very spacious and the photos I had seen beforehand certainly did not do it justice - it was more spacious than I thought. The facilities in the villa were perfect, including the heated pool, the pool itself is a nice size and perfect to spend lazy days around sunbathing. This is a lovely villa with handy local amenities, just a short car drive or a longer stroll to the town centre and beach. The people are also really welcoming and friendly. The local bars, restaurants and marina are perfect for all ages with something for everyone. The weather was perfect with a constant gentle breeze that kept you cool in the hot parts of the day. Overall, a wonderful villa, a wonderful location, and an excellent holiday. |

We had a great time staying at 1 Villas Blancas for New Year this year. The villa lived up to our expectations, very clean, well equipped & a great location near to the town. We have young children and they loved the private pool and exploring all of the rooms - you get a bit lost for a few days as its very spacious! Thank you again for a fab holiday - we shall certainly be back again. |
