About the home

A large new villa situated on the 5* Vista Lobos Development in Playa Blanca. This modern villa is perfect for year round family holidays and with 4 bedrooms and plenty of living space can easily accommodate 2 families. Outside there is a large terrace with table and chairs and a stone built BBQ overlooking the private heated pool.

All bedrooms are comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space. The two double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. The lounge area is very spacious with Sky TV, DVD player and PlayStation console and a pool table. There is also a CD player and IPod player. The dining room which seats 8 people has views out to Fuerteventura. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. The villa is fully alarmed.

Large secluded terrace has patio table and parasol with seating for 8 people. Stone built BBQ with seating area. All year heated pool, lit at night, with sunbeds for 8. Outside pool shower. Villa has gated parking area for 2 cars.

The Lanzarote region

A relatively short flight will take you to all year round sunshine! Lanzarote has an amazing coastline with the north of the island being green and lush in comparison to the lunar feel of the southern landscape. There is plenty to see on Lanzarote including the Timinfaya National Park , the wonderful golden beaches including Papagayo, and black sand beach of El Golfo. If you hire a car you can drive around the entire island with stops on the way at the smaller older towns, local vineyards or larger shopping towns and beaches. Water sports including surfing are very popular in Lanzarote and cyclists are frequent visitors on the island with its ideal training terrain.

The Playa Blanca / Vista Lobos area

Playa Blanca is a busy town but retains local charm. There are plenty of shops and cafes and the promenade provides a wide choice of restaurants to visit in the evenings. The beaches are safe and well equipped with beds to hire and nearby facilities. The Marina Rubicon is close by again offering shops, restaurants and cafes to dine at, enjoy the sea views and feed the fish! The port provides a frequent and fast ferry service to Fuerteventura.

Www.airflights.co.uk can search for flights to Lanzarote. Car hire is not essential as Villa Rosa is within walking distance to the town. The nearest supermarket is a 2 min walk and there is a taxi rank situated just outside the development. There are always taxis available from the airport and reasonable priced. However if you do prefer your own transport DoYouSpain.com is a very competitive, all-inclusive car hire website. Collection of car and the journey from the airport is very straightforward and takes approx 30 mins.

Guestbook for Villa Rosa

The villa was beautifully furnished, with extra touches that made it feel like a home from home. The views from the top terrace were fabulous; straight over to Fuerteventura.

The location of the villa made it a superb base for exploring the surrounding area, whilst the fact that the villa is set back slightly, meant that it was lovely and peaceful during the days we spent by the pool. We will definitely go back! The Wakleys Aug 08
