Vista Atlantica is a stunning and impressive, detached, luxury villa. Situated in Playa Blanca, the villa has panoramic views of the sea, other islands & mountains. This superbly appointed 2 storey villa has 2 lounges, both with 42' flat screen sky TV's & DVD players, CD players and Ipod docking. In addition, one lounge has a PS3 with games & a full sized pool table. A wireless router provides internet access. There are 4 large bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Outside, the electronically heated swimming pool is surrounded by huge south facing sun terraces, luxurious sun loungers & the hot tub where you can sit & enjoy the views whilst relaxing in the bubbles. There are 2 large shady verandas with further chairs and a dining area with marble table & BBQ. The large garden is planted with Canarian plants & beautiful flowers. 4 mountain bikes are provided. Bars, shops & restaurants 20 mins walk or 5 minute drive. Vista Atlantica is located in a quiet & peaceful area making it ideal for cycling & walking. We provide 4 mountain bikes for guest use. The nearest bars, shops and restaurants are a 20 minute walk away. The main shops, bars & restaurants are a five minute drive away. A taxi into the centre of Playa Blanca costs approx 4 euros.

The beautiful white sand beaches of Playa Blanca are a 5-10 minute drive away. Playa Blanca has a wonderful range of restaurants & shops. Many of these are found along the pedestrianised walk which stretches for several miles along the coast & is lined with sea-facing restaurants & shops. There is a working harbour at Punta Limones with a ferry to Fuerteventura and a luxury marina (Marina Rubicon) both within a few minutes drive.

Conditions

A deposit is required at the time of booking & the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. A fully refundable security bond is also required with the balance.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is in the Canary Islands. There is no time difference when travelling from the UK. The region benefits from year round sun and is only a four hour flight away. Playa Balnca is in the south of the island & is protected from the cold wind that sometimes affects other resorts on the island.

The Playa Blanca / Los Alisios area

All the beautiful white sand beaches in the Playa Blanca area are a 5- 10 minute drive.
Playa Blanca has a wonderful range of restaurants & shops. It has a pedestrianised shopping area and a boardwalk which stretches for several miles along the sea front & is lined with restaurants, shops & bars. The supermarkets are well stocked carrying both local & international products.
There is a working harbour at Punta Limones with ferries to Fuerteventura and a luxury marina (Marina Rubicon) both within a few minutes drive of the villa. Cycling is easy & safe in Playa Blanca and we provide four mountain bikes for guest use.

Daily flights from the UK to Arrecife airport, which is approx 35 km from resort of Playa Blanca. The journey takes 30 - 40 minutes. Taxis are always available at the airport & cost about 40 euros. Alternatively, there are many car hire desks in the arrivals lounge with competitive rates.

“OUTSTANDING” This has to be the nicest 5* villa weve stayed in so far!! absoloutly gorgeous, clean, ext spacious, very big grounds, lovely location. Couldnt ask for a nicer place.
