The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is an all year round sunny holiday destination located 1100km south West of Spain and just 95 km to the West of the African coast. Lanzarote boasts the most sunshine and the least rain of all the Canary islands.
The climate is pleasantly warm in the winter months with long sunny days and reaches 90 degrees in the height of summer. A feature of Lanzarote's climate is the pleasant breeze off the Atlantic providing some welcome relief from the heat.
Lanzarote has stunning scenery and landscape thanks to its volcanic terrain. The Timanfaya National Park offers a fascinating insight into the history of volcanic activity on the island and exciting experiments show first hand the power of the volcano. Beautiful golden beaches are dotted around the island and offer many watersport activites. Wine is produced on the island and a visit to one of the vineyards provides a pleasant outing.
Playa Blanca area
Playa Blanca is the the most southern and sunny resort in Lanzarote. The resort has an upmarket feel and attracts both families and couples. The resort has several beautiful and safe sandy beaches and a promenade stretching the entire length of the resort. The stunning new Marina Rubicon which is just a 10 minute stroll from the villa has many designer shops, quality restaurants and bars and leisure activities. A craft market is held every Wednesday and Saturday in the Marina and for grocery shopping the marina has two supermarkets. The port in Playa Blanca is a short five minute drive and offers excursions around the island and to Fuerteventura.
How to get there
Charter and scheduled flights year round from most UK airports. Playa Blanca is a 25 minute transfer from Arrecife airport.

Further details indoors: The lounge area at Paluzuelos benefits from a beautiful leather suite and flat screen TV with satellite television. All the main rooms are fitted with the benefit of remote controlled ceiling fans for your comfort. The master suite has patio doors leading to the terrace and pool, a king size bed and a luxury marble en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms are accompanied by a family bathroom and if required a baby cot.
Further details outdoors: Palazuelos has its own private terrace with a pool. A shaded pergola provides a comfortable area for alfresco dining. Sunbeds and dining furniture are located on the terrace along with a barbeque.

Palazuelos is cleaned and maintained by a British representative who will introduce themselves and be on hand to help with any questions that you might have. A welcome pack can be provided on arrival.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking allowed inside the property but smoking outside on the terrace is permitted. A damage deposit of £200 is taken at the time of booking. This will be returned promptly following your holiday subject to a satisfactory property inspection report. A non refundable £100 deposit is taken at the time of booking with the balance due four weeks prior to the booking period.
