This lovely new villa has been constructed using the finest of materials and fittings, and provides luxury accommodation close to the resort centre and beach at a very affordable price. On one of the few favoured locations on the development, the villa offers fabulous uninterrupted views to the nearby mountains as well as distant sea views to Fuerteventura. The villa is very spacious inside and the owners have furnished it in a modern and very stylish way with quality furnishings. The lounge has patio doors to the terrace and is equipped with satellite TV,DVD and CD players, with a range of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment. There is a lovely dining area if the weather is a bit cool outside. On this level, there is a very good sized fully equipped kitchen and utility area, as well as a twin bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is a a fabulous master bedroom suite with dressing area and bathroom. Patio doors lead out to a spacious upstairs terrace where you will never get tired of these views. The pool enjoys the sun all day long and a large stone barbecue means you can dine outside when you wish.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote, perhaps the most unusual of the Canary Islands, lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This position ensures year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
Only about 45Km long and around 18Km at its widest point, the island is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape of almost 300 volcanoes. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.
The Playa Blanca / Los Chalets area
The villa is located just a short 15 minute stroll from the beach and centre of Playa Blanca. The resort is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a short stroll away. Playa Blanca also has a stunning new marina with shops, cafes and restaurants. All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!
