The villas are located in Bellavista fascinating volcanic landscape of Lanzarote, Playa Blanca, just 10 minutes from the beautiful Flamingo beach - ideal for a holiday with friends or family.

Take advantage of the shopping and entertainment offerings in the nearby town of Playa Blanca, also enjoy the magnificent cuisine of different restaurants in the region.

Each villa has a spacious terrace perfect for swimming in the heated pool or a fun afternoon BBQ in the mild climate of Lanzarote. The interior of the villa is modern style, has satellite TV, DVD, and Internet access. It offers one bedroom double bed and the second with 2 single beds. Equipped kitchen and comfortable.

The villas ensure a holiday in one of the sunniest places in the Canary Islands.

In Villalia, we have 11 Bellavista villas, all villas are equipped with the same, same decor, same equipment, garden, private pool, etc. The only difference between the villas, is the position of the pool; a villas have a pool in the front of the living room (best when traveling with small children, to have major eye on them) and the other villas have pool on the side of the villa (they still have greater privacy).

Villa Bellavista is located in a residential complex with automatic entrance and exit doors.

There is a parking space and a private garage, a 380m2 garden, private heated pool (6m x 4m), and BBQ.

Changeover days are flexible. Linen and towels are provided (include pool towels) and changed weekly. Guests may arrive after 14.00hrs and vacate the villa before 10.00hrs unless previously agreed.

The "Timanfaya National Park" National Park is a must, transformed by volcanic eruptions from 1730. You can detect these geothermal anomalies itself unusual because subsurface temperature. Why not enjoy a camel ride in this amazing scenery? It is, without a shred of doubt, surreal and spectacular beauty.

"Monumento al Campesino": pieces of the famous artist C?sar Manrique teachers laden symbolic references.

"Castillo de San Jos?" Castle: This former military fortress houses the International Museum of Contemporary Art.

"Cactus Garden" Garden: 5000m2 in this garden you can admire over 7200 different plants, including more than 1100 different types of cactus from Peru, Mexico, Chile, United States, Morocco, Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar and the Canary Islands

"Jameos and Cueva La Cueva de los Verdes": underground lava tubes formed by the lava flow from the eruption of the volcano of La Corona. Attractions La Cueva de los Verdes is like taking a magical journey to the center of the earth with more than 6 km of tunnels and a bright blue lake in the center.

Mirador del R?o view: is located in the north of the island, with stunning panoramic views overlooking the islands of La Graciosa, Monta?a Amarilla Alegranza and alongside other smaller islands.

Playa Blanca

Villa Bellavista is located in Playa Blanca, the city, the sunniest and further south, has many fine beaches of golden sand and calm waters and a beautiful promenade that stretches from "Pechiguera Lighthouse" Lighthouse "Port of Marina Rubicon "port, and is lined with a variety of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes wonderful.

There are two ports: "Playa Blanca" port, which still retains the atmosphere of a small fishing community and once "Marina Rubicon" port where you can find luxurious yachts and sailing events creating such as transatlantic races, fishing competitions, regattas , surf competitions, sailing courses, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, etc.

There is also a craft market held in the "Marina Rubicon", on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here you can buy the usual range of leather goods, clothing and souvenirs.

The harbor is surrounded by a selection of upscale shops and fine restaurants.

Tranquil golden sandy beaches are provided by the "Flamingo Beach" and "Playa Dorada" complex and popular beaches of "Playas de Papagayo", where you can enjoy the sun, water sports or simply stroll.

There are 4 "Playas de Papagayo" beaches and are located in a natural conservation area. These are pristine and undeveloped beaches with breathtaking caves, turquoise waters and fine golden sand.
