Villa Brisa Marina is a two storey villa and is a home from home. It is in an excellent location. It is one of the most sought after areas in Playa Blanca. It is only a ten minute stroll down Europe's largest promenade taking in breathtaking views of the ocean before reaching the all new Marina Rubicon. It is only a two minute walk to the beach.
The villa offers visitors the opportunity to relax by the pool and enjoy the fantastic views over the sea and the all round sunshine! We have retiled the whole outside area making it a safer environment for the children. we have refited the pool area with non slip tiles too.

Playa Blanca / Marina Rubicon area
The all new Marina Rubicon provides for designer shops, bars, restaurants and of course the spectacular boat club where daily excusions are bookable for you and your family. From Marina Rubicon the beach is only a five minute walk.
There is a new shopping centre near by featuring a new five star hotel if you fancied splashing out and having 'afternoon tea'!

• Fly to Arecife – Lanzarote – Playa Blanca/New Marina is just 20 mins transfer from the airport.

• Car hire available with www.autoreisen.es
• There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 30 euros.

Newly introduce was ITV1 were you can catch up with all the soaps !
Oak dining table with four leather high back chairs - coaster/dining table mats supplied.
There is a cot/hire service with bed linen and blankets. There is also a high chair rental service subject to availabiltiy and bookable before arrival at the villa.
If required we also have a midweek bedlinen/towel change and general clean of the villa. This is available upon your request and subject to an additional charge. Once again bookable or arranged before arrival at the villa.
The pool will be complimentary cleaned weekly.

Mr and Mrs O Brien, we recently returned from Villa 4 and had a fantastic time ! well catered for and in an excellent location .. we will def be returning it was everything we wanted.
Mr and Mrs Lafferty 2 kids, Well equipped and clean with everything we wanted kids loved it especially having the pool and the freedom to come into the house if it got too hot. lovely area and excellent locstion.
