Casa Indiana is located in the Los Claveles area of Playa Blanca. Los Claveles is a quiet residential area with good access to local amenities. The owner of this property has had many years of rental experience and used this to provide potential holiday makers with everything they may need to make their holiday as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Casa Indiana is spilt between 2 levels, with bedrooms on each. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a further 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the other level. All the rooms are double, with twin beds.

There is an open plan lounge/dining room with enough seating for 8 people and comfortable leather sofas. There is a complete home entertainment system, with DVD player (DVD's not supplied) and satellite equipment included.

This leads into the fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect from a property of this standard. Comprising off a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, hob, cutlery and crockery.

Unique to this villa is a completely private roof sun terrace, which is accessed via internal stairs from the breakfast room. It's been designed to get the sun all day long and with being on the roof it is completely private.

As well as the upper terrace which does offer shade during the middle of the day, you have around the pool another large south facing sun terrace with 8 sun beds and a table and chairs for outdoor dining by the traditional Canarian BBQ which has its own food preparation and washing area, to save returning to the villas kitchen. Giving you and your guests a chance to relax and enjoy the smell of freshly prepared food, and watch the Chef in action.

The large privately HEATED SWIMMING POOL, can be kept at a constant temperature all year with its solar and electric support systems.

A must for connoisseur's of quality, already in its first 12 months of rental many of the guests have already re booked to continue the experience this property has to offer.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is said to be one of the most unusual and beautiful of the Canary Islands. It lies just 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and not far from the south west of the Spanish peninsua. This fantastic location means you are ensured high temperatures any time of the year and Lanzarote benefits from more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain compared to any of the other islands. The high temperatures are eased by the cool breeze making it ideal for sunbathing, sporting activities and exploring the many areas of culture by day and in the evening there are many bars and restaurants perfect for relaxing over a leisurely meal.

The island is particularly famous for its 'lunar' landscapes and consists of almost 300 volcanoes. There are many areas to explore and from the volcanic mountains the views are spectaculour. The rocky coastlines are broken up by the beautiful golden sandy beaches and the different greenery and agriculture.

Playa Blanca / Los Claveles area

The villa is in a fantstic location being just under 1KM from the stunning Playa Flamingo beach. Here you will find an assortment of seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

Playa Blanca benefits from the best of the weather and sunshine due to it being on the South Coast of the island. The villa is close to a harbour where you can hop on the ferry over to Fuerteventura. There is a newly developed marina where you will find many shops, restaurants and 10 pin bowling to challenge your family and friends to a friendly tournement.

How to get there

Located in Playa Blanca, specifically in the beautiful area of Los Claveles - Casa Indiana is ideally located, only being 2 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurant. The nearest beach is only a 20 minute walk or there is a taxi rank 2 minutes down the road. Taxis are relatively cheap and plentiful.

Travelling to Lanzarote is easily done. There are main airlines that have routes to lanzarotes airport - Arrecife (ACE). Such as www.flythomascook.co.uk or www.thomsonfly.co.uk or www.firstchoice.co.uk and many more. The flight normally takes no more than 4 hours.

From the airport, Playa Blanca is only a half hour drive.

Rates shown are for 8 persons: For groups of under 8 please ask for reduced prices.

The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £85.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.

A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.

***NEW*** This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.

Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.

Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.

Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.

A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.

High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.

CAR HIRE can arranged, please ask for details.

Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.

A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
