This spacious villa is furnished with an eye for modern taste and is decorated to a very high specification. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the master bedroom has air conditioning, along with an en suite bathroom. The second wash room is actually a shower room, with toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is through a set of salon doors and is very well equipped. It’s fitted with real wood units and has plenty of work space for preparation on both sides of the kitchen. The kitchen has all the equipment required to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs.
At the back of the kitchen is an open roofed completely private Solana with a fabulous JACUZZI surrounded by decking and a comfortable out door sofa in which to sit relax and enjoy a drink or two, especially at night with stars twinkling in the usually very clear night sky
As with the rest of the property, the lounge has a distinctly African theme. The real wood African furniture blends well with the modern appliances. There's a 32" LCD TV with a great satellite package including many favourite UK channels, DVD player (DVDs not supplied) a large leather suite and for your listening pleasure an excellent sound system.
The villa also boasts unlimited internet connection for an additional charge of 40 euros per week (codes supplied on arrival).
Through the lounge is a south facing sun terrace, which provides sea views and in particular views of the lighthouse. The terrace has a beautiful stone table which has 6 very comfortable 'sun garden' chairs and BBQ, which is perfect for alfresco dining and watching the sunset. The sun terrace also overlooks the heated pool which has space for sunbathing on the sun loungers.
The villa is just a 10 minute walk from the fabulous beach of Playa Flamingo, which also has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. From here you can stroll along the new promenade via the ferries in the old harbour and then onto the centre of Playa Blanca. Once in the centre there are even more restaurants and bars to choose from, including the highly recommended La Bocaina, Restaurant & Lounge Bar.

If you do not wish to pay this, then we require a £500 security deposit, which will be refunded to you at the end of your holiday upon inspection of the villa.
The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is said to be one of the most unusual and beautiful of the Canary Islands. It lies just 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and not far from the south west of the Spanish peninsua. This fantastic location means you are ensured high temperatures any time of the year and Lanzarote benefits from more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain compared to any of the other islands. The high temperatures are eased by the cool breeze making it ideal for sunbathing, sporting activities and exploring the many areas of culture by day and in the evening there are many bars and restaurants perfect for relaxing over a leisurely meal.
The island is particularly famous for its 'lunar' landscapes and consists of almost 300 volcanoes. There are many areas to explore and from the volcanic mountains the views are spectaculour. The rocky coastlines are broken up by the beautiful golden sandy beaches and the different greenery and agriculture.
The Playa Blanca area
The villa is in a fantstic location being just 1500m from the stunning Playa Flamingo beach. Here you will find an assortment of seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
Playa Blanca benefits from the best of the weather and sunshine due to it being on the South Coast of the island. The villa is close to a harbour where you can hop on the ferry over to Fuerteventura. There is a newly developed marina where you will find many shops, restaurants and 10 pin bowling to challenge your family and friends to a friendly tournement.

Located in Playa Blanca, - The villa is ideally located, only being 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, 10 minutes to the closest restaurant and local beach. Taxis are relatively cheap and plentiful, so if you don't fancy walking or would like to go a little further a field, just flag one down.
Travelling to Lanzarote is easily done. There are main airlines that have routes to lanzarotes airport - Arrecife (ACE). Such as www.flythomascook.co.uk or www.thomsonfly.co.uk or www.firstchoice.co.uk and many more. The flight normally takes no more than 4 hours.
From the airport, Playa Blanca is only a half hour drive.

Villa Graciosa is tucked away at the top of a very quiet crescent and even though it backs onto a main road, there is virtually no traffic disturbance and we hardly noticed it - even when enjoying the hot tub which is at the rear of the property in a very private spot. Our arrival was marred when our boys saw the pool - it was nearly empty! The owner/managers very quickly explained that they had discovered some damage to the pool only the day before and had to drain it to fix it. With it being the weekend, a delivery of water had proved impossible to acquire. However, by 7am next morning, the pool was full and clean and very inviting and we were generously compensated for our inconvenience. Throughout our stay, any reason we had to contact the owners was always dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner (they even gave us a lift to town one evening which was very good of them!). The kitchen is well equipped with most things you are likely to need if you decide to eat in. The beds are comfy and there's plenty of storage. Overall, Graciosa is very homely and well equipped if a little tired around the edges. We would definitely stay again with this company.

These rental rates are based on 4 sharing: - For more than 4 people please add £75 per person per week, up to a maximum of 6 people + 1 Child.

A deposit of 15% of the Total Holiday Value (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
***HOT TUB*** The villa now benefits from a fantastic outdoor hot tub. To have this turned on, please add an additional £75 per week.
Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge for them.
A welcome pack: - consisting, of Tea, Water, Sugar, Coffee, Milk Lt, Biscuits, Orange 1 Lt, Beer 1 Lt + 1 Bottle Of Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
Please note – The villa will be cleaned every 7 days after your arrival, as if it was your first day. This means everything is swept, mopped, windows cleaned, fresh towels and clean linen (We do not supply Beach Towel’s), please bring your own. For holidays of 10/13 nights, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid-term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Daily Maid Service Is Available, Please Ask For Details
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £75.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
Arrival days are totally flexible. We endeavour to have the villa ready by 3.00 P.M. the day of your arrival, however if you are on an early flight, do let us know and we will do our best to minimise your wait, or offer helpful suggestions. Departure time from the villa is 10.00 A.M. Again if we can extent this we will. (Please do not worry we never leave anyone stranded.)
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 25 Euros a week, per item.
