Home descriptionThis spacious villa is furnished with an eye for modern taste and is decorated to a very high specification. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the master bedroom has air conditioning, along with an en suite bathroom. The second wash room is actually a shower room, with toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is through a set of salon doors and is very well equipped. Its fitted with real wood units and has plenty of work space for preparation on both sides of the kitchen. The kitchen has all the equipment required to satisfy the most enthusiastic of chefs. At the back of the kitchen is an open roofed private Solana, which is perfect for drying clothes. As with the rest of the property, the lounge has a very African theme. The real wood African furniture blends well with the modern appliances. There's a large 32" LCD TV with satellite package, DVD player (DVD's not supplied) a large leather suite and for your listening pleasure an excellent sound system. The villa also boasts unlimited internet connection for an additional charge of 40 euros per week (codes supplied on arrival).

The high temperatures are eased by the cool breeze making it ideal for sunbathing, sporting activities and exploring the many areas of culture by day and in the evening there are many bars and restaurants perfect for relaxing over a leisurely meal. Located in Playa Blanca, specifically in the beautiful area of Montana Roja - Villa Graciosa is ideally located, only being 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, 10 minutes to the closest restaurant and local beach. Taxis are relatively cheap and plentiful, so if you don't fancy walking or would like to go a little further a field, just flag one down.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. For different group sizes please add £75.00 per person per week extra from a minimum of 2 people up to a maximum of 6 adults in Total. A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest's holiday. Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured. A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival. High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item. CAR HIRE can arranged, please ask for details. Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you. A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
