Casa Del Mar (which literally means house by the sea) offers the very latest in Spanish architecture within the property, using a combination of granite and marble affect tiling for stunning results.
The living area has two beautiful leather sofas, to blend with the traditional Canarian hardwood furniture, where you can receive both British and Spanish TV channels.
The master bedroom is en suite and, like the rest of the property, is magnificently equipped, and tiled in the same manner. The kitchen has all the latest facilities, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, and large fridge/freezer.
Patio doors lead out to 2 sun terraces that provide sun or shade all day and the large private heated pool. Switch on the underwater pool light at dusk and enjoy a poolside BBQ or just relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Just a one-minute walk brings you to the private pool, for use by residents of Faro Park only.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is said to be one of the most unusual and beautiful of the Canary Islands. It lies just 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and not far from the south west of the Spanish peninsua. This fantastic location means you are ensured high temperatures any time of the year and Lanzarote benefits from more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain compared to any of the other islands. The high temperatures are eased by the cool breeze making it ideal for sunbathing, sporting activities and exploring the many areas of culture by day and in the evening there are many bars and restaurants perfect for relaxing over a leisurely meal.
The island is particularly famous for its 'lunar' landscapes and consists of almost 300 volcanoes. There are many areas to explore and from the volcanic mountains the views are spectaculour. The villa is in a fantstic location being just 2KM from the stunning Playa Flamingo beach. Here you will find an assortment of seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
Play Blanca benefits from the best of the weather and sunshine due to it being on the South Coast of the island. Faro Park is also famous for having the best of the weather and sunshine. The villa is close to a harbour where you can hop on the ferry over to Fuerteventura. There is a newly developed marina where you will find many shops, restaurants and 10 pin bowling to challenge your family and friends to a friendly tournement.

Please note the rates shown are for 2 and 4 persons. Please add £65.00 per person per week up to a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £70.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
Bookings are from Thursday 3.00 pm to Thursday 10.00 am. This is the main change over day. Other dates will be considered, subject to availability, please ask.
PLEASE NOTE: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for seperately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A deposit of £100.00 per week (non refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A condition of booking, is we will require to see a copy of your holiday insurance, this can be sent either by fax or e-mail.
