Casa Del Mar (which literally means house by the sea) offers the very latest in Spanish architecture within the property, using a combination of granite and marble affect tiling for stunning results.
The living area has two beautiful leather sofas, to blend with the traditional Canarian hardwood furniture, where you can receive both British and Spanish TV channels.
The master bedroom is en suite and, like the rest of the property, is magnificently equipped, and tiled in the same manner. The kitchen has all the latest facilities, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, and large fridge/freezer.
Patio doors lead out to 2 sun terraces that provide sun or shade all day and the large private heated pool. Switch on the underwater pool light at dusk and enjoy a poolside BBQ or just relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Conditions
As a Condition of booking; Clients must have their own travel insurance to stay in the property; we will not be responsible for any accidents both in the property and on its land that you could / may have to yourselves, details of which must be supplied to us, by fax, letter or of course email.
For those who prefer to travel without any Travel Insurance we will require a £500.00 damage deposit, completely refundable at the end of your holiday subject to there being no serious breakages. Unfortunately in this eventuality we, the owners, or our company will not be in a position to assist you with any personal claims you may have arise during your stay.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is said to be one of the most unusual and beautiful of the Canary Islands. It lies just 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and not far from the south west of the Spanish Peninsula. This fantastic location means you are ensured high temperatures any time of the year and Lanzarote benefits from more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain compared to any of the other islands. The high temperatures are eased by the cool breeze making it ideal for sunbathing, sporting activities and exploring the many areas of culture by day and in the evening there are many bars and restaurants perfect for relaxing over a leisurely meal.
The island is particularly famous for its 'lunar' landscapes and consists of almost 300 volcanoes. There are many areas to explore and from the volcanic mountains the views are spectacular. The rocky coastlines are broken up by the beautiful golden sandy beaches and the different greenery and agriculture.
The Playa Blanca area
The villa is in a tranquil location but still within 3KM of the stunning Playa Flamingo beach. Here you will find an assortment of seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
Playa Blanca benefits from the best of the magnificent sunny weather, thanks to being at the southernmost tip of the island which has a spectacular range of extinct volcanos surrounding the town, in doing so nature has created an additional barrier against low to medium cloud bases affording the town and the area of Faro Park the very best of the sunny weather Lanzarote has to offer. The villa is close to the local harbour (3/4 minute drive) where you can catch the ferry over to Fuerteventura for the day. A further 2 minutes by car brings you to the newly developed Rubicon Marina where you will find many shops, restaurants and entertainment for all ages.
WHERE TO EAT...Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from, those along the sea front are great for their ambiance, but when asked to recommend there are 3 which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run

Located in Playa Blanca, towards the light house on the most southerly tip of the island, Faro Park is a well-established location offering a superb collection of privately owned properties for those looking for peace, tranquillity, and complete privacy - Casa Del Mar is ideally located, only being a few minutes’ walk to the nearest supermarket, restaurant and coastal setting. The nearest beach is only a 2/3 minute drive and the centre of the village approximately 5 minutes by car. We do recommend a car with this property, although there is a good bus service to the centre and local taxis are very reasonable and plentiful, should you prefer not to drive.
Travelling to Lanzarote is easily done. There are main airlines that have routes to Lanzarote airport - Arrecife (ACE). Such as www.flythomascook.co.uk or www.thomsonfly.co.uk or www.firstchoice.co.uk and many more. The flight normally takes no more than 4 hours.

CAR HIRE... We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative, or if you prefer have it delivered to your villa at a time of your choosing.
They will also collect from the villa or should you choose you can drive it back to the airport yourselves.
The permutations are entirely yours.

These rental rates are based on 2 sharing: - For more than 2 people please add £50 per person per week, up to a maximum of 4 people + 1 Child.
A one-off charge of £5.00 per person will be added to your booking to cover the cost of any accidental breakages during your holiday; this will be shown as “Accidental Breakages Insurance”. This will cover you for the 1st £300 only
A deposit of 15% of the Total Holiday Value (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge for them.
A welcome pack: - consisting, of Tea, Water, Sugar, Coffee, Milk Lt, Biscuits, Orange 1 Lt, Beer 1 Lt + 1 Bottle Of Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
Please note – The villa will be cleaned every 7 days after your arrival, as if it was your first day. This means everything is swept, mopped, windows cleaned, fresh towels and clean linen (We do not supply Beach Towel’s), please bring your own. For holidays of 10/13 nights, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid-term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
A Daily Maid Service Is Available, Please Ask For Details
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £85.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
Arrival days are totally flexible. We endeavour to have the villa ready by 3.00 P.M. the day of your arrival, however if you are on an early flight, do let us know and we will do our best to minimise your wait, or offer helpful suggestions. Departure time from the villa is 10.00 A.M. Again if we can extent this we will. (Please do not worry we never leave anyone stranded.)
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 25 Euros a week, per item.
