Located on the 5 star development of Vista Lobos, this fabulous villa offers simply stunning panoramic views over the resort to sea and other islands. The very spacious villa, inside build size 220sq.m., is within easy walking distance of the resort centre and beach, so provides true luxury holiday accommodation without the need for a car.
The outside space is fantastic - a large electrically heated swimming pool with south facing terraces with plenty of sunloungers, dedicated barbecue area with large stone barbecue and seating to enjoy a meal with the views, jacuzzi hot tub with sun shade if required, relaxing hammock, and a wonderful children´s play area with large playground, swings and little tikes children´s house. Inside gets even better! Into to the beautiful large hallway entrance and glass atrium flooding the villa with light and lovely wooden staircase to the huge lounge downstairs offering a fantastic inside space with large 50" LCD TV with full Sky PackageI, DVD player, playstation, hockey table game and pool table .
Upstairs there is a separate dining room/second lounge/5th bedroom with 32" LCD TV. 2 of the dedicated 4 bedrooms are en suite, and there is another large bathroom as well as a toilet. Most rooms are airconditioned.
This villa has everything, arguably the best equipped in the resort - enjoy!

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is possibly the most unusual of the Canary Islands. It lies just 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and approximately 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This is an ideal location as it pretty much ensures year round good weather. It has more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than any of the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
Only about 45Km long and around 18Km at its widest point, the island is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape of almost 300 volcanoes. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.
The Playa Blanca / Vista Lobos area
The villa is located less than 15 minutes walk from Playa Flamingo beach where there are seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The centre of the resort is a mere 20 minutes walk. within a 2 minute walk you will find a supermarket and taxi rank. Playa Blanca is located on the south coast of the island and has the best weather and sunshine, particularly in the southwest corner where Faro Park is. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo, which are within easy reach of the villa. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants.
The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a few minutes drive away, as is the stunning new marina with its cafes, shops, restaurants and 10 pin bowling. All in all a magnificent place to have the holiday you have always dreamt of!
