This superb 4 bedrooms villa is located in a quiet and private development in Playa Blanca. This spacious 3 story villa has lovely views to the sea, the mountain and Fuerteventura; all the details in it have been study to make it comfortable and unique, perfect for a holiday home; it is furnished to the highest standard.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall, a double garage, a large double bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a hallway leading in one direction to one double and one twin bedroom and the family bathroom. In the other way we have a fully fitted modern kitchen, a lounge with a comfortable leather sofa and large plasma TV with satellite, leading off to the al fresco dining area with a big stone table and comfortable sits. Both living and dining areas have french doors opening onto a huge south facing terrace with a private pool all completed by very comfortable exterior furniture.

On the upper floor, there is the master en-suite bedroom, with a lovely private terrace with magnificent sea views.

The beautiful garden is surrounded by a high volcanic rock wall for privacy with terrace and garden area around the pool. For your maximum comfort there is some nice terrace furniture. The pool is approximately 7x4 and it is heated.We provide bath towels and bed linen.

We are flexible on arrival days.Normally arrival time is from 2pm and departure time is before 10am, these times can be flexible depending on our bookings.

Car hire is recommended especially for those who would like to visit the island.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.The price is based on up to 6 people sharing, for more people (up to 10) please add £70 per person per week.

Children under 2 years stay free, we could provide a cot and highchair for a small charge paid locally on arrival

Booking notes:to secure your booking we ask for a deposit of 25% and then the final payement( 75%) payable 2 weeks prior to departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
