About the home

A superb detached comfortable villa, with large sun terrace, a stones throw from the shared swimming pool. It has a fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave. A laundry room with washing machine, iron etc. The villa also has a safe. It is furnished to the highest standard, with its marble floors, and spacious accommodation, in a fantastic location. To the side of the villa is an Al-fresco eating area, where you can relax and enjoy the warm evenings. The airprt is only a 30-35 minute drive, whilst the nearest beach is a few minutes by car. We have Sat TV/DVD with a DVD library and games for your enjoyment.

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, offering a king size bed, with an en suite bathroom, large doors opening onto the sun terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, with a large walk in shower room adajent. The villa has an additional pull out bed (sleeping 5th person if required) and a cot at no additional cost. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes. The lounge area is comfortable & spacious with marble floors, and a large sofa and coffee table. It also has an additional dining table & chairs should you choose to dine indoors. It also benefits SAT TV/DVD player with a selection of films. The french doors from the lounge also open out onto the sun terrace, with views accross to the huge shared pool. The Alfresco eating area seats 6-8 people with large solid wooden table to enjoy your warm relaxing evenings.

The villa has beautiful gardens with a path down to the pool. The large sun terrace to the rear of the property enjoys views to the shared pool, which is in a superb, peaceful location. The villa offers private parking for upto 2 cars.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote lies in the Atlantic Ocean just 125 km from the coast of Africa. Its landscape is one of volcanoes and scattered lava fields edged by beautiful beaches and wonderful villages. It has plenty to offer, with something for everyone, from camel riding, to water sports.

The Playa Blanca / La Goleta area

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort in Lanzarote. It is a pretty resort with its sandy beaches, and a harbour. Playa Blanca has fantastic coastal views of the islands of Lobos and Fuertuventura on its horizon. It offers traditional Spanish restaurants and Tapas bars, along with great entertainment. The promenade twists along the edge of the sea, passing its many beaches, which is a great walk, taking in the surroundings and views along the way. There are many places to visit on the island, so a car is recomended. The Timanfaya national park, El Golfo, and the albino crabs at Jameos De Agua are all well worth a visit. Playa Flamingo and the Papagayo beaches are some of the best beaches on the island.
There are various Scuba Diving centres, one of which (Lanzarote Dive College) is only a 3 minute drive away.

Fly to Arrecife airport, Lanzarote. Take a taxi, or car hire to Playa Blanca. Car hire can be collected at the airport on arrival, and directions will be forwarded to you. Auto Reisen & Cabrera Medina will always give you a good deal. Please ask for details if required. Airport transfers can also be arranged for you payable in Euros.
