Inside, the owners have extended the property to create a third bedroom which, with extra TV, playstation, books and games, can be used as a den by the kids whilst you relax on the terrace with your glass of wine, or barbecue, watching the sun set over Fuerteventura! Extremely tastefully furnished, the lounge has patio doors leading out to the terrace, whilst the master bedroom is en suite. There is a further twin bedroom, a second bathroom, fully fitted modern kitchen, and utility room. The 2 main bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans. The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote, perhaps the most unusual of the Canary Islands, lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This position ensures year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.

Only about 45Km long and around 18Km at its widest point, the island is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape of almost 300 volcanoes. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.

The Playa Blanca / Playa Burgado area

The villa is located just a few minutes walk from the sea and 8 minutes walk to a small beach. There is a supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants within a 7 minute walk. Playa Blanca is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine, particularly in the southwest corner where Faro Park is situated. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo, which are within easy reach of the villa. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a few minutes drive away, as is the stunning new marina with it's cafes and restaurants. All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!
