This villa was not designed as a holiday rental so has been fitted to a high standard and is regulary used by the owners it is themed as a relaxing haven that can be enjoyed by couples or families giving you time to relax and re charge.

The villa is very well equipped with everything you might need for your holiday , with large gardens and terraces.
The villa is close to the village centre were you will find a seafront promanade which will take you one way to the prestigious Marina Rubicon and the other the old port and ferry terminal were you will find fish restaurants and a little further on Playa Flamingo beach.

We can offer a mid stay towel/bedding change at a extra cost of £15.00 per two guests & additional guests are £8.00 each please request & pay for these at time of booking.

We have been coming to Lanzarote for over 20 years as we loved the all year warm temperatures

Playa Blanca is a lovely resort offering the holiday maker great dining, fabulous beaches
close to the top voted beach Papagayo only ten mins by car or half hour by foot.

Lots of great places to visit by car or on a trip from Timafaya mountain to the wine region of La Geria
or a ferry hope to Fuventuera Boat @ submarine trips are available in the harbour.
Sports fans can watch there team on one of the many plasma screens in the sports bars

“A lovely secluded and elegant villa” This is a lovely villa, with some really beautiful furniture and ornaments. It feels very homely but in a stylish way. “Well equipped lovely villa in a great location” This Villa was everything it said it was. My husband and I stayed 2 weeks over Xmas and New year. It was so well equipped and very , very private which we loved. The walk into Playa Blanca was only 15mins and the taxi back very cheap and didn't have to wait at all for one there were so many. Unfortunately the Plasma TV broke after the first week and was only replaced with a very old small ordinary one. Then the boiler broke but was replaced quickly and then the digital box stopped working towards the end of our holiday leaving us with just DVD's to watch. This was never replaced and we didn't hear anymore from the caretakers which we were a little disappointed about. However all these things were nobody's fault just very unlucky they all went one after the other! We would certainly stay here again as without all this it would have been perfect. Response: Thank you for your comments,and we are glad we had the chance to speak with you on the telephone to clarify what was happening, as our managers were trying to get the tv repaired as we are on a Island items/ parts are not as easy to locate when they breakdown The items mentioned have all now been replaced and we now have a brand new 50 inch plasma tv so bigger and better than before. also yet another boiler due to hard water these items need replacing every cople of years but you never know when they will go. we are glad you will come back and that this did not spoil your stay in our lovely villa.

“Perfect for rest and relaxation.” Wonderfully private and secluded villa but within walking distance of the resort centre. We had a relaxing 2 weeks at this spacious, well equiped villa. Although we ate out every night and sampled the local restaurants and cafes you could happily have cooked and eaten in. The villa has its own pool which is not overlooked by any neighbours and a small local shop is within a short walking distance. We did not feel it necessary to hire a car while staying here but if you did you have a private drive and the villa is situated in a quiet part of the resort so no traffic to negotiate if you are a bit unsure about the driving situation. Taxis plentiful and cheap if you don't want to walk. We only took a taxi home at night and it cost less than 4 euros.
