This exceptionally styled villa designed to incorporate moorish influences offers unique pool with water feature private terraces 46inch plasma home cinema, large volcanic bbq , secure gated parking fully equipped just like home. Looked after by local british couple should you need anything.

This villa was not designed as a holiday rental so has been fitted to a high standard and is regulary used by the owners it is themed as a relaxing haven that can be enjoyed by couples or families.

The villa is very well equipped with everything you might need for your holiday , with large gardens and terraces.

The villa has two gardens one being planted with cactus and tropical plants offering mountain views over Femes , the other totally designated to the pool and bbq with loungers sun umbrella and alfresco dining .

Both very private with locked gates all on a very large plot , all being safe for children with lovely views

Deposit £200 pounds payable per week or £300 per two week stay payable at time of booking & balance eight weeks prior to arrival
Only guests who have paid to use the villa may stay or use the pool
Extra guests must be paid for at time of booking
Access must be given to hosts to maintain villa & pool during your stay
We can offer a mid stay towel/bedding change at a extra cost of £15.00 per two guests & additional guests are £8.00 each please request & pay for these at time of booking.

Wireless Internet is available at extra cost of £14.00 per week or £24.00 per two weeks (bring your own laptop)
Use of electrical items such as kettle ,toaster etc is entirely at the discression of the user and we will not be responsbile for injury or damage that may result from such usage.

We have been coming to Lanzarote for over 20 years as we loved the all year warm temperatures
and this lead us to buy.

Playa Blanca is a lovely resort offering the holiday maker great dining, fabulous beaches
close to the top voted beach Papagayo only ten mins by car or half hour by foot.

Lots of great places to visit by car or on a trip from Timafaya mountain to the wine region of La Geria
or a ferry hope to Fuventuera Boat @ submarine trips are available in the harbour.
Sports fans can watch there team on one of the many plasma screens in the sports bars
free wireless internet @ buisness facilities are available should you require them .

The Playa Blanca / Montana Roja area

The villa is only 13 mins on foot to all the amenities offering bars, restaurants, bowling, swimming..
parasailing and snorkelling padi diving courses
Many walks are on your door step should you feel energetic as are local gyms or relax at the beauty salons or
local spa.
If golf is your thing we have it too ...
also fishing ,boating, what more could you want
the area can offer so much you may want to return for more........

“Perfect for rest and relaxation.” Wonderfully private and secluded villa but within walking distance of the resort centre. We had a relaxing 2 weeks at this spacious, well equiped villa. Although we ate out every night and sampled the local restaurants and cafes you could happily have cooked and eaten in. The villa has its own pool which is not overlooked by any neighbours and a small local shop is within a short walking distance. We did not feel it necessary to hire a car while staying here but if you did you have a private drive and the villa is situated in a quiet part of the resort so no traffic to negotiate if you are a bit unsure about the driving situation. Taxis plentiful and cheap if you don't want to walk. We only took a taxi home at night and it cost less than 4 euros.
