This luxurious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Located in a very exclusive development of private villas on the seafront, Playa Real, the villa provides top of the range accommodation in the perfect location for a memorable holiday.
The beautiful gardens, full of Canarian plants and palms, surround the fabulous 10m x 4m heated private pool, various south-facing terraces and pergolas and the traditional Spanish brick built barbecue makes dining al fresco a must. There are also views of the beautiful Playa Blanca coast and spectacular Montana Roja.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard, ensuring comfort on every level. The master bedroom is en-suite, there are 2 further double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and private terrace, a 4th room with bunks and a single bed and a 3rd bathroom. There is a wonderful atrium/dining room and a separate TV room with satellite television, PS2 and DVD. WiFi is available.
The estate has its own private entrance to the seafront walkway and there are cafe bars and restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. The nearest beach to the villa is picturesque Playa Flamingo, very sheltered and safe for children, with its own lifeguard station. Available for hire are sunbeds and parasols for your complete comfort.
The beachfront hosts a range of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. With a wonderful outside space and pool, sea views, location and luxurious accommodation, this villa provides the perfect base for your sunshine holiday. The villa can also be rented with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms at a reduced rate.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote lies just 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and approximately 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This is an ideal location as it pretty much ensures year round good weather. It has more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than any of the other islands.
Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants
The Playa Blanca area
Playa Blanca the sunniest and most southerly resort in Lanzarote, boasting many fine golden sandy beaches with placid waters and a beautiful promenade bordered by picturesque restaurants and bars. The bay stretches from the fabulous new Marina Rubicon towards the old fishing harbour of Playa Blanca then on to the Pechiguera Lighthouse. There is a good quality local bus and taxi service
The pedestrianized village has three supermarkets and an excellent variety of shops and restaurants. An open air market is held every Saturday morning.
The beaches of Punta de Papagayo have natural white sands and are composed of several small bays and coves with crystal clear waters. Regular boat trips run from the harbour, just a short walk from the villa, as well as ferries making the short 20 minute trip to Fuerteventura.
The nearest and one of the prettiest of beaches is that of Playa Flamingo, just a short stroll from the villa. Here you will find the picturesque beach ideally situated for children and adults alike to enjoy completely safe bathing. Available for hire are sunbeds and parasols for your complete comfort. Playa Real is Playa Blanca´s 5 star development located in an unbeatable frontline location.
