Playa Blanca Over the past few years Playa Blanca, originally a small fishing village has been transformed into one of the islands main tourist areas. Playa Blanca, at the southern-most tip of Lanzarote, is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. The Villa is approximately a 7 minute drive from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour. It is ideal for those wanting to escape the crowds, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by to the Villa into Playa Blanca Village. Local activities include Walking, Fishing, Sailboating, Swimming, Beaches, Jet Skiing, Cycling, Para Gliding, Horse riding and theres even a Submarine for those of you who wish to view the sea from below. Slightly further afield there is a Golf Course and a Water Park.

Further details outdoors: Casa Amelia is set in a large tropical garden with sun terrace extending width of the property with access from lounge via sliding doors, and bedroom 1. The pool measures 7m x 4m with Roman steps and is well lit for a night time swim. There are 4 sun loungers with cushions and a table for drinks etc. The covered area, directly accessed from the lounge has a table and 4 comfortable chairs with cushions for dining. To the side of the property, along with a barbecue and lighting, is a very large alfresco dining area which has a substantial table and seating for 8. A wonderful place to watch the sunset whilst eating your evening meal.
