The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with the possibility of making the dining area into a 3rd bed room with a double bed. There is 1 shower room for the property. There are no stairs in the property, but a few to gain entrance, so for wheelchair users it would possibly not be suitable.

The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, washing m/c, fridge/freezer, and a full sized oven with a ceramic hob. Plus of course it has a full set of cutlery, pans, dishes and glasses of all types.

The apartment has a roof terrace with 4 chairs and a table + a BBQ to leisurely enjoy one's self whilst watching the magnificent view or especially during the warmer months of April to November the fantastic clear skies that produce an array of twinkling stars and superb displays of the moon.

Both the lower and upper terraces are south facing and receive the sun all day. The lower terrace provides shade all day. The roof terrace has no parasol

There are two bed rooms in the property, however there is a double dining area, and should you wish to move the dining table into the lounge, and then there is room for an additional double bed.

To arrange this there is a small additional charge of £40.00 per week for the bed and additional linen

These rental rates are based on 2 sharing: - For more than 2 people please add £50 per person per week, up to a maximum of 6 people + 1 Child.

There is a magnificent display of shops, bars, shops and restaurants along with superb views. You are in the penthouse position, so top spot and consequently very quiet. The views are truly magnificent and on first entry really do take your breath away. As well as the harbour of Playa Blanca, slightly to your right with its small fleet of local fishing boats, it also has services available for holiday makers such as trips on the glass bottom boat, fishing boats and a local submarine. Also available as you will see is the ferry to Fuerteventura, which sails about every 2 hours during day light only. There are 2 ferries one high speed which takes 20 minutes and the more conventional at about 45 minutes sailing time

The property is air conditioned, although with this idyllic position, most of the year this will not be required.

The apartment boosts a 46 inch flat screen TV with a big choice of channels in English Spanish and German

Also available for a small fee is unlimited time on a secure WI-FI signal

The Lanzarote region

Playa Blanca benefits from the best of the magnificent sunny weather, thanks to being at the southernmost tip of the island which has a spectacular range of extinct volcanos surrounding the town, in doing so nature has created an additional barrier against low to medium cloud bases affording the town the very best of the weather Lanzarote has to offer. The apartment is close to the local harbour (10 minute walk) where you can catch the ferry over to Fuerteventura for the day. There is a taxi rank at the end of the paved area as you leave your home (A few minutes' walk) and from here you can visit the New Marina Rubicon (about 3 minutes by cab) or of course you can walk along the promenade which is about a 40 minute leisurely stroll and take in the local views and scenery. Here is the more modern part of the resort with a variety of different shops and entertainment for all ages.
