No 35a is in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk from the local amenities in the village and the town beach and within driving distance of the beautiful Papagyo Beaches & other sites to visit on Lanzarote. It sleeps up to a maximum of 4 adults & 2 children and there is a comfortable sitting and a dining room. We also have a fully fitted kitchen, except dishwashe. Out side there is a patio area perfect for al fresco dining & relaxing There is also ample parking on the complex.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote has all year round sunshine so is ideal for both summer & winter holidays only approximately 4 hours flight due south from Great Britain. Playa Blanca, in the south of the island and surrounded by a fascinating lunar landscape, is a small fishing village which has retained it's charm but at the same time offers all the amenities you could want for an excellent holiday.
Playa Blanca / Casas del Sol area
Favourite Outings Papagyo Beaches - a 10 minute drive away or if feeling energetic you can hire bicycles from reception to reach them. Out most favourite being Majeres. El Golfo - a village no too far from Playa Blance (20 minutes drive) where you can eat the most excellent fresh fish at Placido Restaurant. El Gracios - island for the day. It takes just over an hour to drive to Orzola where the morning ferry to Graciosa leave & it is possible to stay on the island overnight. Timamfaya - fire mountains & camel rides nearby Jameos de Agua - caves in the North of the island. Fuertoventura - there is a car/passenger ferry from the port in Playa Blanca which goes over hourly to the island & also separate boate trips to it's northern beaches.
How to get there
Most British airports have flights gong to Arrecife airport on Lanzarote including some budget flights. Playa Blanca is approximately 40 kilometres (30 minutes travelling time) from the airport. Car hire - we recommend Direct Cars - they have a counter at the airport & are usually available on arrival except at Easter and Christmas when it is best to pre-book. Further details indoors: The villa, which is well-maintained has3 bedrooms - two twin bedrooms & a third with bunk beds suitable for children. The kitchen & bathroom are both well-equipped and to a high standard and the sitting room which looks on the patio is large, airy and comfortable. There is also a separate dinining room.
Further details outdoors: Through the glass doors from the sitting room is a pretty patio garden with tables, chairs, sunloungers & lightng for the evenings and the BBQ area is off the dining room.

Although sheets, blankets & towels are provided please supply your own beach towels. Use of washing maching on special request
Conditions
A 50% deposit will be required on booking & the balance due 6 weeks before departure. A cot is available on request together with use of the washing machine. No smoking allowed inside the Villa.
