This stunning villa offers everything you´ll need for a fabulous Lanzarote holiday. Located close to the sea in an exclusive location, it has local amenities within 2min walk. The villa, formerly used as a main residence, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a very stylishly furnished lounge and dining room, both of which have patio doors leading to a hugevery private terrace and large garden, the biggest in the area, with a private solar and electrically heated pool. The dark wood pergola has been extended, providing extra shade if required, and wooden shutters allow the villa to remain cool, whilst still secure. The villa is very private with a wall and fence surrounding it, and has a lovely feature fireplace in the lounge. There are cafes, bars, restaurants and a small supermarket within 2 minutes walk. This wonderful villa ticks all the boxes - very private, spacious, stylish, modern and well equipped, making it Faro´s finest!

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote, perhaps the most unusual of the Canary Islands, lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This position ensures year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.

Only about 45Km long and around 18Km at its widest point, the island is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape of almost 300 volcanoes. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.

The Playa Blanca / Faro Park area

The villa is located just a few minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. Faro Park has a supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Playa Blanca is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo, which are within easy reach of the villa. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a few minutes drive away, as is the stunning new marina with its cafes and restaurants. All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!
