This unique house benefits from an elevated position with panoramic mountain and sea views from the roof terrace, whereas the private pool offers some seclusion. The pool has a salt chlorinator system installed which means less chemicals are in the water. Being just a stone’s throw from a beach and the boardwalk, the fantastic location between the golden sands of Papagayo and Marina Rubicon’s restaurants and bars offers you the best of both worlds. Additional features include, private driveway for parking, 3 sets of sliding doors connecting the lounge to lower terrace, access to the upper terrace from the 3rd bedroom is via an additional door on the landing, plenty of solid shade on the lower terrace, adequate space for sea view dining on the upper terrace. There are six sunbeds, four sunbed mattresses and a sunbed towel for each guest.

The most easterly of the Canary Islands, Lanzarote has nearl constant sunshine and is very different from its sister islands by way of landscape and climate. Due to the work of artist César Manrique, the island has a unique mix of architecture and ecology, therefore having an unspoilt, traditional feel.
The sandy beaches makes Lanzarote the perfect destination for relaxing holidays in the sun. For the more active, some of the best watersports are available here, notably for windsurfers and divers. The Playa Blanca area
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see Fuerteventura, which is 11km by ferry. Ferries depart to the island several times a day from the harbour.
The front is populated with some great beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo, and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmospher. Restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for anyone.

Playa Blanca is an easy drive south from the airport. You follow the signs to Yaiza then Playa Blanca. Once you reach the seafront in Playa Blanca turn left. Go straight over four roundabouts and the house is on the right hand side of the Avenue opposite the houses with curvy roofs, number 102.

Great 2nd trip to Casa Abba. The location was perfect as I could easily walk to the marina for lunch or dinner and there's a good supermarket just up the road. The beds were very comfortable and it's quiet at night. There's a really handy bus stop near the house which is great if you don't feel like driving. Roger the owner is very friendly and easy to deal with. |
