Enjoy a rare opportunity to stay in one of the original and best developments in Playa Blanca. This charming one bedroom bungalow is quite literally 1 minute's walk from Playa Flamingo beach, with its promenade, restaurants and shops.

The recently refurbished property offers a high standard of accommodation, with a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, lounge with TV, DVD and all the comforts of home, including books, DVDs, board games etc. There is also the facility to accommodate a baby or small child.

The terrace is fully equipped and enjoys wonderful sea views across to Fuerteventura. There are also two large heated swimming pools and a children's playground. The promenade stretches the entire length of the seafront all the way to Papagayo. Leave your car and your worries at home!

“Perfect location for a relaxing stay” Stayed at El Nido in November and it was perfect for our needs. The Bungalow is located very close to the beach with sea views. Very private patio with plenty of space for two sunbeds and garden furniture. The interior is well appointed with all the amenities you would need, fridge,cooker,washing machine,TV DVD etc. A walk in shower in good order and comfortable beds in the one bedroom. We did not use the complex pools as we were looking for peace and quiet, they looked ok but in summer i expect they would be very busy. The Flamingo beach was excellent although busy with plenty of sun beds. Near to the bungalow is 5 or 6 restaurants and two supermarkets. The walk along the sea front promenade is lovely and takes about 15 mins stroll to the edge of Playa Blanca where there are plenty of good restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return or book with this owner in the future

“Very comfortable apartment, with seaviews, beach and facilities close to hand” Having stayed at this apartment for a number of years, it comes with a high recommendation. The beds are extremely comfortable, the facilities include DVD, Hi Fi, TV and well equipped kitchen plus a washing machine. What we like most is the position of the apartment, close to a couple of supermarkets to make food shopping easy, plus a couple of good restaurants close by and the beach two minutes walk away. Not being in the centre has two advantages: first it is very quiet on a night and secondly, the walk into the centre is interesting and just far enough, it takes about 20 minutes.

“Great location” Lovely well equipped apartment in a perfect location. Restaurants and supermarket close by and most importantly,right beside the beach. Great spot for kids but also nice and quiet for a relaxing chillout. Highly recommended.

“A very relaxing stay!” An excellent bungalow for two people. Very clean and surprisingly spacious. Very quiet at night but just a stones throw from a sandy beach, restaurants and a supermarket. I will be booking again next year!
