Home description
To complement the other 2 villas we have to offer next door, this is another beautiful property with stunning sea views to Fuerteventura. Located in a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, the 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa offers luxurious accommodation with a large electrically heated swimming pool, close to the beach and all the amenities the resort has to offer. The villa is extremely spacious with a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, which has patio doors leading outside to the large southfacing terraces set in mature gardens with many different kinds of Canarian plants and flowers. From the terraces and gardens, the panoramic views to sea will take your breath away. A covered pergola gives shade from the strong midday sun. 2 good sized double bedrooms are both en suite and airconditioned, and there are 2 twin bedrooms and a further bathroom.
A short 6/7 minute walk will take you to the golden sandy Playa Flamingo beach which is very sheltered and safe for children. From here you can walk along the pedestrianised seafront walkway to the harbour and resort centre. For the energetic, another 15 to 20 mins walk will take you to the stunning new marina with its host of waterfront cafes and restaurants. The villa provides a perfect base for a familiy holiday in the Lanzarote sun, for those wanting to holiday with friends or family closeby, or for couples who like spacious, luxury accommodation to relax and enjoy the view.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula, and is the most unusual of the Canarian Islands. This position ensures more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other Canarian islands, and year round high temperatures. In the summer, temperatures can be in the 90's, although cooling breezes make it much more pleasant and comfortable in comparison to the Mediterranean , whilst temperature rarely fall below 70 in the winter- ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and pleasant in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
The island has almost 300 volcanoes and is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture. Building work on the island is very tightly controlled and there is no high rise, with white washed villas predominating.
Playa Blanca / Montana Roja area
Upmarket Playa Blanca, the sunniest and most southerly resort, boasts many fine golden sandy beaches with placid waters, and a beautiful promenade lined with a whole range of cafes and wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes. The stunning new marina has more waterfront cafes and restaurants. The pedestrianised village has supermarkets and many excellent shops, and there is a market held every Saturday morning. Regular boat trips run from the harbour, just a short walk from the villa, as well as ferries making the short 20 minute trip to Fuerteventura.
The nearest beach to the villa is picturesque Playa Flamingo, very sheltered and safe for children, with its own lifeguard station. Available for hire are sunbeds and parasols for your complete comfort. The beachfront hosts a range of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
