About the home

If you are looking for a luxury two bedroom family villa with all your 'home from home' comforts, then you have found it. Located on the La Goleta phase of the wider Faro Park development, with private heated pool, hot tub and a separate communal pool only 50m away.

Every aspect of our villa has been finished to the very highest standard. We have provided a selection of 16 photos to show you the villa and can provide others via email if you so wish. The villa is one of very few in the area that lay claim to being 'disable friendly' - ask us for details.

The villa is modern, airy and bright. All floors have marbled tiling and the fixture sand fittings are of the highest quality, including "Iron Bed Company" beds, side tables, console, mirrors & bedding ; Brown Italian Leather suite (includes double sofa bed) and stylish Spanish wooden furniture.

We have Full Sky TV (including movies & sports) ; Wireless Broadband (optional extra) and a Games cabinet with children's/family games and books, Giant Connect 4 and Jenga and a Nintendo WII. We have a wide selection (over 70) DVD films and CDs for your entertainment.

The Villa/Gardens are completely enclosed to stop children from wandering off and there are lights around the entire area at night. We have added a hot-tub, available as an optional extra.

We have vastly extended the terrace area around the pool and has a king-sixed BBQ installed on the terrace alongside patios table, chairs and umbrella. By the pool you will find a unit housing buckets, spades, armbands, goggles and inflatables for the pool.

We have alos built a path to a central relaxation area with further table and chairs, set in the middle of the landscaped gardens.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is situated 70 miles off the coast of Africa and is the most easterly of the canary islands. The island is 37 miles long and 12 miles wide, making it the fourth largest (of the seven islands).

The roads are excellent and there are a number of places of interest including Papagayo Beach, Timanfaya National Park, Guinate Tropical Park, Rancho Texas, Mirador Del Rio, Jameous Del Aqua & La Ceuva de los Verdes to name a few.

Fly into Arrecife Airport

Planca Blanca is a 30 min drive along the LZ-2, an excellent quality road linking the airport ringroad to Playa Blanca

Faro Park is then 2-3 km west of the main village centre and has its own bars/restaurants

“Excellent home from home” What a great place to stay. We had a lovely relaxing holiday at Villa-Rochelle. Everything we needed was provided including beach towels, which are not usually provided in this type of accommodation. The villa was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great & we had several meals off the built in BBQ. The villa comes with a full Sky TV package which was great for for the kids who would sit & watch a film at night while Mum & Dad enjoyed a glass of vino on the terrace! I also must mention the excellent service from the owner, who's response to questions was so fast he had almost replied to my emails before I had written them! Although a car is very much recommended, there is a reasonably priced bus service at the end of the road which goes into playa blanca centre & to marina rubicon every 30 minutes. The local bars & small shops are about a 20min walk away, but about 2 mins by car. We recommend: The Lighthouse Bar in Faro Park - especially steak night on Saturdays. Lani's Steakhouse at Marina Rubicon The large Hiperdino supermarket in Playa Blanca - great for steaks & fresh fish & free underground parking (get your ticket stamped at the till)

“10 days of bliss” We have been to Lanza 5 times before this visit, as we love the island. The drive from the airport is so straightforward and the cost of the car hire so resonable makes the holiday stress free from the start. We have stayed at most areas on the Island but Playa Blance for us offers everything. We love walking, and getting out and about so we do this after breakfast normally returning back to the villa around lunch time. The Villa Rochelle is absolutely fantastic, it offers everything you need and more, the heated pool, and hot tub for me are a real touch of luxury. The rooms are large and airy, and having Sky TV and WiFi keeps you in touch with home. The privacy and peaceful area of the Rochelle makes it ideal. We have a teenage daughter and we brought along her Grandmother and they made full use of the pool every day and the hot tub at night!! Cannot wait to return. Thank You.
