Set within a small, tranquil residential area, just 5 minutes from Playa Blanca central, this impressive, well appointed, detatched property comes highly recommended, offering a high standard of furnishings throughout. Set in an elevated position, guests will enjoy privacy in all areas of the villa.

Villa Madeleine is a luxury air-conditioned 4-bed villa with private heated pool. Set on two floors, the upper comprises a double bedroom with access direct to the sun terrace and an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a luxury lounge area with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with the full Sky package including SkySports and SkyMovies.

The lower floor comprises a large double bedroom (2 double beds) with an en-suite bathroom and small lounge area with flat-screen TV and satellite TV.

The villa is equipped to a very high standard including Sky TV with Sports and Movies, a covered alfresco dining area and a secure childrens' garden/play area. The pool is surrounded by a safety gate to prevent small children entering the pool unattended.

There is air-conditioning to all 4 bedrooms and lounge area, and guests will enjoy the uninterrupted panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring Island of Fuerteventura.

There are lots of bars, restaurants, businesses, it is full of a warm and inviting atmosphere and near to the Papagayo Beaches where white sand and crystalline waters wash lap against the rocks.

“Ideal Villa for family with young children” Spacious accomodation and ideal for our stay with our family which included a 2 year old, a 4 year old and two 6 month old babies. Everyone loved the swimming pool which was lovely and warm. The covered patio area was also a big plus as we could sit outside and have dinner once the children had gone to bed. The Villa is situated on an estate where most properties have never been occupied. However, Villa Madeleine is in prime position and has uninterrupted views looking towards the sea and Fuertenventua. As there aren't many people around it is very quiet. The only negative is that the bakery and shop are a ten minute walk away.
