We are delighted to be able to offer without doubt the best located luxury villa on the east side of Playa Blanca. Situated right on the seafront, the villa commands wonderful panoramic views to sea, Fuerteventura and the Papagayo beaches, as well as beautiful mountain views to the side. The stunning new marina with its host of waterfront cafes, restaurants and upmarket shops, is just a 5 minute stroll away, whilst a further 10 minute walk will take you to the resort centre. As you enter the front door, your eyes are immediately drawn through to the lounge and the large windows which take advantage of those breathtaking views. You have a choice of patio doors to take you to the 2 levels of terraces outside. On this ground floor, there is a dining area, fully fitted very modern kitchen, 2 en suite twin bedrooms and a further toilet. Climb the impressive stairway to the fabulous master bedroom suite, which has an en suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to a very spacious roof terrace where you can sit and soak up the views. In the huge basement, where there is natural light, you´ll find another lounge and large children's´play area with a full size table tennis table, darts, toys, books and games. On this level, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with lounge area, and a full bathroom. Outside, you step down from a lovely sitting terrace to the very private electrically heated swimming pool area. Here there are ample sunbathing areas together with a huge covered pergola and covered barbecue area. The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote liesabout 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula, and is the most unusual of the Canarian Islands. This position ensures more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other Canarian islands, and year round high temperatures. In the summer, temperatures can be in the 90's, although cooling breezes make it much more pleasant and comfortable in comparison to the Mediterranean , whilst temperature rarely fall below 70 in the winter- ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and pleasant in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.

Playa Blanca is an upmarket resort and enjoys the the best of the weather on the island. It boasts many fine golden sandy beaches and a beautiful promenade lined with a whole range of cafes and wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes. The stunning new marina has a host of waterfront cafes, shops and restaurants and is just a 5 minute stroll from the villa. There is a wekly market here. The pedestrianised village has supermarkets and many excellent shops, and there also is a market held every Saturday morning. Regular boat trips run from the harbour, as well as ferries making the short 20 minute trip to Fuerteventura.
