About the home
Nothing has been spared to make this an elegant and luxurious special villa for your holiday with marble floors throughout, marble bathrooms with highlights of teak wood. Much larger villa than most in this area. Carlara is at the end of a cul-de-sac (only 3 villas nearby) and there is parking for 2+ cars if required.
Designer Ralph Lauren 100% Cotton linen on all beds, Fenn Wright & Mason super thick cotton towels, Even thick soft Egyptian cotton Bath Robes are available for you to use whilst on holiday and Brand New cotton towelling slippers for each guest! Master Bedroom comes with a Brand new, massive, 6' 6" Super Kingsized bed & memory mattress; and a great selection of pillows; it has its own en suite and walk through changing room with lots of wardrobe space and more than enough hangers!
The twin rooms 2 beds in each new mattress, with Ralph Lauren 100% linen and a choice of pillows. If you wish we can fix these together, have a kingsize comforter and kingsize Ralph Lauren designer linen. Each bedroom has it own washroom/shower and toilet and Hairdryer !
Air Condtioning and/or Heating at no extra charge - and there is a Hair dryer, along with DVD TV's, in EACH bedroom. Even extra towels for the pool/beach, plus extras for the sun loungers, are provided, saving weight in your suitcase.
Special to this type of property is an Atrium (indoor glass terrace with glass roof) so dining can be either indoors, dining suite in both, or in the al fresco covered dining terrace outside . The rustic table, outside, is so large you can sit 10 persons happily and have great suppers using the Canarian brick Barbecue. We have designed a subtropical, well stocked Cananarian garden with a 1.5 metre wall enclosing all - so no worries about children wondering!
The New pool, surrounded by a 1.5 mtr wall then & 1.5mtr trellis on top and palm trees, is a great 8x6 metres, has wonderful warm water that is tested/cleaned twice a week (heating the pool, is included as is Air conditioning) Roman Steps and Handle Bars x 2 to assist access in and out of the pool. Along the pool are extremely comfortable, quality sun loungers, Now with thick designer Mattresses, and side tables for your drinks. We have supplied a coffee table with chairs for coffee or snacks by the pool.
The massive airey lounge, boasts high cool cathedral ceilings, and there are three sumptious Italian leather cream sofas with Silk Cushions (throws are there for your convenience if needed) and a pouf for your legs. A New 46" TV Satelite HD SKY both Family & Sports packages. There are at least 200 DVDs (up to date & for all the family) and an XBox 360 with 3 games. If you wish you can take along your own Kinnect. Lots of different types of lighting to match your mood, even twinkling stars al fresco !
Along one of the walls there is great breakfast bar with stools and through to the well equipped kitchen, including wok, blender, cafeteire, micro with grill, halogen 4 hob and oven with rotisserie, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. A tremendous selection of dinner ware - serving dishes - crystal glasses - acrylic for the pool area. There is even a electric cooler to take to the beach!!
Through to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. It also has its own outdoor drying facility.Not forgetting of course the ironing board and iron.
Free Wifi !!! internet !!! bring your own laptop - ipad.
We also have a safe and villa alarm system (if you wish to use it)

Loverly patio doors lead from both the lounge and master bedroom. This is your own private pool and it is looked after and tested twice a week by our very thorough English managers.
The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure and this is included in the price.

We have the most wonderful managers, a great couple, English speaking who live 10 mins away, who will assit you if you wish and their contact number is for you in case of emergency.
A Gold Star Welcome Pack, for you includes, Wine,water,milk,tea,coffee,orange juice, bread, butter, marmalade, cheese & ham and of course bathroom tissue!
There is no extra charge for the air conditioning, heating of the pool or even the robes, (please remember to leave them at the villa)! The slippers are yours to keep.
We do request that you do not apply or use quick tan, sudden tan, spray on bronzer etc this damages our furnishings and looks unsightly.
Smoking can happen outside the villa, please use ashtray provided.
Conditions
We ask that you depart the villa at 10 am and arrive 4pm - though we maybe able to accommodate your requests, this will most likely be a last minute arrangement.
Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors and ensure that cigerettes butts and ash are disposed of in correct manner.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote, one of the Canary Isles, is approx 13 miles wide and 37 miles long and the Playa Blanca resort is the most Southerly point of the island with fabulous views of Fuerteventura, which is only a 30 minute ferry from Playa Blanca harbour and 186 (300 km) miles from west coast of Morocco.
The Playa Blanca / Faro Park area
Playa Blanca is the southern-most resort on Lanzarote and is ideal for those who are hoping for sun, sea and sand. It also benefits from a selection of excellent fish restaurants, which often serve fish caught earlier in the day. Fuerteventura is visible from the Playa Blanca seafront. It is a mere 11km by ferry, with crossings to the island taking place several times a day from the main harbour.
The seafront has a variety of beaches, the most notable of which are the Playa Dorada, Papagayo (popularly considered to be among the island's best), and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has is relaxed in atmosphere in comparison with the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen. Dine in one of the restaurants on the seafront and enjoy a spectacular sea view - idea for families and couples alike

Well, you truly do have a beautiful Villa, and we all really enjoyed ourselves, the Girls lounged by the pool most days and I took my son fishing every day,,, everyone was pleased with that plan. We would like to go back next year and hopefully will talk to you after christmas
