These smart new 3 bedroom villa are ideally situated approx 10-15 minutes from the beach and shopping area of Playa Blanca. The high standard of comfort and finishing make this accommodation, ideal for a family holiday.

Detached villa in the south of the island of Lanzarote in a quiet area and near the centre of town and Puerto Deportivo Marina Rubicon. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, private parking, private pool and terrace with barbecue & sauna.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is an island within the heart of the Atlantic Ocean whose people have created a privileged home of lava and ashes.
