This is a luxurious modern townhouse style semi-detached villa conveniently located within a short walking distance of the new Marina at Puerto Rubicon and Playa Blanca town itself.
The villa has two good size bedrooms. The double bedroom has access to a small balcony. The balcony enjoys views out towards the sea. There is plenty of wardrobe space with build in wardrobes. There is an integral safe. Wall mounted tv which is also connected to the main satellite system.
The second bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes.
The family bathroom is light and airy. There is a full size bath, power shower, bidet and w.c. The bathroom is fully tiled both floor and ceiling with high quality marble tiles.
The Living Room has large patio doors which lead out to the terrace. The living room is furnished to a very high standard. Satellite system, including move package and some UK channels, wide flat-screen t.v. with surround sound speakers, dvd/mp3 player with selection of dvd's to use during your stay. A CD player and CD's for your use. There is dining facilities also for 4 people.
The Kitchen is extremely well fitted with fitted oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
There is a Solana area which houses the washing machine and also offers a drying area for washing.
There is also a downstairs family shower room and toilet.
The outside area has a walled private garden and a large sun terrace which is complete with sunbeds for 4 and a shaded dining area for 4 for dining 'al fresco'. The private swimming pool is also electrically heated and there is also an outside shower.

The Lanzarote region
Playa Blanca is on the southern most tip of Lanzarote and is a lovely town with bars and restaurants right on the seafront with uninterrupted views across to Fuerteventura. You can even take the ferry across from the port for a great day out.
Puerto Rubicon is a new marina complex at Playa Blanca with a variety of lovely bars, restaurants and designer shops. There is a day time market twice a week in Puerto Rubicon where you can browse amongst the many stalls for those holiday souvenirs and more.
The villa is conveniently located with an international supermarket and taxi rank just minutes away, along with snack bars and a Spanish restaurant.
In the evening stroll down the seafront walkway that takes you into the heart of the Cosmopolitan Marina at Puerto Rubicon and enjoy the variety of bars and restaurants on offer whilst sitting alongside the marina. If you carry on along the walkway for about 20 minutes you will find yourself in the heart of Playa Blanca town where you will be spoilt for choice!
The nearest beaches to the villa are either "Papagayo National Park", which its quiet secluded beautiful caves - said to be some of the best beaches on the island or "Playa Dorada" within 10 minutes walk from the villa.

Fly to Arrecife airport - Playa Blanca is approx 30 minutes drive from the airport. Many cheap flights are available. Car hire available at the airport. Taxis available at the airport approx cost of 25/30 Euros to Playa Blanca.

To secure dates we require a completed booking form and deposit cheque in the sum of £200. The balance is payable six weeks before your holiday together with a returnable Security Deposit of £200.
