Recently modernised, the bungalow has all the items needed for a relaxing self catering holiday. With 1 twin bedroom and sofa bed it can sleep 4 people.

It has a "Pool Side" location on a peaceful residential complex near Playa Flamingo and within easy walking distance to Playa Blanca's other beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

The Jardin del Sol complex is spacious with mature gardens and wheelchair access. It has approximately 30 bungalows surrounding a commumal pool and small children's pool.

The bungalow is bright, compact and clean. It of a traditional canarian style and has been recently modernised throughout with new bathroom and kitchen. The 1 bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe space. The lounge has sofa bed which can sleep 2 adults, though is ideal for children.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Situated on Jardin del Sol, a peaceful complex ideally located near all Playa Blanca amenities. The bungalow is of a pretty canarian style with its own terrace and garden. It has mountain views and is only a stroll away from Playa Flamingo (Beach) and it's fabulous views of Fuerteventura. Parking is available only a few metres away for those with a car.

A full management service is provided. This incudes a welcome pack on arrival, clean towels & bedding. There is also a reception area open 5 days a week with Engish speaking staff and a 24 hour emergency help.

Conditions

Ideal for young families / couples or elderly. Location is very flat and has wheelchair access. All breakages must be reported to reception and paid for.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is the most easterly of the 7 canary isles and enjoys good weather with an average temperature of 22 degrees celcius all year round. The island has a unique volcanic landscape and great care has been taken preserving the natural and historical heritage. The world famous artist Cezar Manrique lived on the island and was responsable for enhancing many of the islands natural beauty spots. Amongst the most outstanding attractions are: Timanfaya National Park with its volcanic lunar landscape: Jameos del Agua, galleries, caves & grottos developed by Manrique: Mirador del Rio, Spectacular cliff top views: El Golfo, Green lagoon in a volcanic crater: Cezar Manriques art foundation.

The Playa Blanca / Playa Flamingo area

Playa Blanca is on the south coast of Lanzarote where it enjoys a sunny climate all year round. It is a very pretty village with no high rise develpements. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, beaches and a lovely sea front promenade. The whole area is very flat and so it is very easy to get around. Local attractions include; Playa Flamingo, a sheltered beach with views of Fuerteventura; Playa Blanca & Dorada, other beaches; Marina Rubicon, a new marina with designer shops & restaurants; Femmes, a mountain village with great views; Ferry to Fuerteventura, takes approx half an hour.

We stayed in this lovely Bungalow for the Christmas period and it had everything we needed - it was like home from home but with the sunshine added. Steve was very helpful. It is a small very quiet relaxing complex with a swimming pool, no supermarket or reception area but you don't need this because the shops, bars, restaurants etc are all withiin a few minutes walk from the complex. It is only 5 minutes walk to Flamingo Beach which is in a beautiful cove with a promenade which is about 3 miles long. You can walk along to one end of the cove to the lighthouse and there are bars and restaurants on the way and the also to the opposite end to Rubican Harbour where there are some lovely bars and restaurants. Altogether and very enjoyable holiday and we would definately go again.... E Binns, West Yorks.
