This two year old exclusive villa is only 20 metres away from the sea,, in a cul de sac that ends in a prominade, only a 5 minutes walk from the chic restaurants and shops in the New Marina "Puerto Rubicon". A 15 minutes' stroll on the seaside promenade takes you to Playa Blanca's charming village centre, and a 15 minutes’ walk also leaves you on the nearest sand beach. Ideal for snorkling lovers is the small turquoise pebble beach just outside the villa. All rooms are unpretentiously furnished in a modern and comfortable style. The heated pool of 4 metres by 2.5 metres surrounded by a large patio and outside dining area with barbecue. The villa has sea views to Lobo Island, Papagayo Beaches and Fuerteventura from several rooms. Very spacious downstairs lounge and playing-area with pool table and games, ideal for children and families. The villa is only a 30 minutes' drive from Lanzarote airport and is specially close to Timanfaya National Park and other attractions

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is an unique island with lots to see. It is worth renting a car and getting to know the whole island as the distances are small. You must visit "Timanfaya Park", unique in the world, Cueva de Los Verdes, Jameos del Agua, El golfo... and the beautiful area of "La Geria" We will provide you with a list of good restaurants and places to see.
Playa Blanca / Marina Rubicon area
Playa Blanca was a small fishing village now converted in a wide tourist area but near beautiful kept beaches like Papagayo. Just five minutes walking from the Villa it is the new Marina Rubicon with really good restaurants and shops. There is a market in Playa Blanca on saturdays and lost of activities in the Marina.
How to get there
Fly to Lanzarote. To reach the villa either rent a car or a taxi. The villa is 30 minutes from airport.
