About the home

The lounge and dining room both have views to the delightful pool area and comes with high-quality furniture, air conditioning/heater, T.V. satellite, and D.V.D. player and music centre.
The kitchen is fully equipped .

In the garden area you will find the heated swimming-pool (7 x 3.50 metres) with Roman style steps, with beautiful views, fully equipped with individual sunbeds and cushion covers, where you can relax . There is also a large terrace table with 8 chairs and a BBQ for al fresco meals.

Every villa is surrounded by private terrace, grass area and garden. They comprise of on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en-suite with a Jacuzzi bathtub) and the second bathroom is fit with a hydro-massage tap. Both comfortable bedrooms come with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and heater. In addition, the main room has safe box.

There are a further two bedrooms on the lower-level each fitted with built-in wardrobes. This floor comes with one bathroom and a spacious living/dining room and TV. This level does not have air conditioning.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is an island within the heart of the Atlantic Ocean whose people have created a privileged home of lava and ashes. Sub-dessert climate, characterized by the lack 0f rain (140 mm. annually) and by the frequency of the trade winds. The average annual temperature is between 20º and 16ºC. January is the coldest month while August is the hottest month of the year.

The Playa Blanca / Costa Papagayo area

These lovely villa is ideally situated very near the town centre and the beaches, as well as the beautiful Marina Rubicón in Playa Blanca. Guests will find restaurants, bars, discos and shops all within 1.5 km of the villas.
The fine sand of Playa Blanca - the "White Beach" - holds a certain attraction for all the family. There is more than one to choose from in the resort itself, the natural beach and the newer, manmade addition, which was conceived with families and water sports fans in mind. Further along the coast, Playa Flamingo is known for being particularly child-friendly and the Dourada beach is only a few minutes walk along the promenade from the picture postcard harbour.
