This lovely villa has a very favoured position on Playa Real on the outside of the development, and offers simply stunning mountain and sea views. The villa offers a wonderful top of the range hot tub jacuzzi, the only villa on Playa Real to do so, as well as a recently completed electrically heated swimming pool. The plot size is also one of the largest on the exclusive development and there are numerous Canarian plants and palms in the garden. The villa has a stone barbecue and large covered outside dining area, again maximising those views.
The villa has recently been refurnished by the new owners, and in keeping with the exclusive ambience to be found on the estate, these are of the highest quality. The lounge has a rich leather suite, and there is satellite TV with a widescreen TV, DVD, VCR and CD players, with lots of films, books and games for the children, as well as Playstation 2 with lots of games. Doors lead from here into the beautiful glass topped atrium dining room, where you can dine inside under the stars on the cooler evenings. This can also be used as a second lounge. There is also a children´s lounge with TV. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 en suite with jacuzzi bath, and 2 twin bedrooms, with a family bathroom. All the bedrooms are airconditioned (coin operated). As you would expect, a fully fitted modern kitchen with utility room. Keep in touch with wireless internet connection.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote, perhaps the most unusual of the Canary Islands, lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This position ensures year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
Only about 45Km long and around 18Km at its widest point, the island is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape of almost 300 volcanoes. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.

The estate is elevated above the seafront walkway making it private, and it has its own private entry/exit electric gate at the entrance to the estate, as well as a private gate to the seafront walkway. You can fish on the rocky coastline in front of the estate, and if you walk just 3 minutes to the right, you'll come to a lovely sandy beach with designer cafe/bars and a handful of wonderful restaurants. You can carry on walking from here to the lighthouse, enjoying the wonderful views and scenery. Turn left from the estate and walk along the walkway for about 7 minutes and you'll come to the beautiful golden sandy Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a host of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Another 12 minutes walk will take you to the harbour and resort centre.

We have just returned from staying here and wish we were still there! The Villa was clean, comfortable well organised and in a perfect position. We are a family of six adults (3 couples) and thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the pool and Jacuzzi were well utilised and warm. Though the weather was not always great it was still warm and we were able to relax on the verandah or around the villa which had plenty of space. It was a cheap taxi ride or reasonable walk to Playa Blanca. Relaxing in the hot tub before sipping Sangria on the Verandah looking out across the sea to Fuerteventura was the best part of the day. |
