The fully fitted modern kitchen has a huge round window with fantastic views. From the terrace, steps lead down to the apartment, where there are 2 very spacious twin bedrooms, a lounge, fitted kitchen and bathroom with walkin shower. The apartment has its own terrace with the wonderful views, and has its own separate entrance from the street. The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote, perhaps the most unusual of the Canary Islands, lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This position ensures year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
Only about 45Km long and around 18Km at its widest point, the island is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape of almost 300 volcanoes. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.
The Playa Blanca / Los Riscos area
Los Riscos is where you will find Playa Blanca´s most exclusive villas. It´s just a 25 minutes walk or 3/4 minutes drive from the beach and centre of Playa Blanca. The resort is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a short stroll away. Playa Blanca also has a stunning new marina with shops, cafes and restaurants. All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!

A lovely villa set back from the resort , but only 10min walk to the promanade . Very peaceful , clean & all amenities. We have stayed here on two occasions & the owners are very welcoming . And very reasonably priced for what you get . The views are wonderful & sunset amazing . |
