The villa is elevated above the coastal walkway, so along with the pool area, is completely private from that direction. Huge southfacing sun terraces surround the large electrically heated swimming pool, and there is also a children´s paddling pool. On the far left hand side of the villa, a covered dining area has been created to allow you to enjoy your glass of wine in the evening soaking in the view, or for dining alfresco. Inside the villa, you can relax in the most luxurious of surroundings with high domed ceilings and beautiful dark wood and handmade tiles in evidence throughout. The elegantly furnished lounge has a huge plasma TV with satellite, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and is air conditioned. A telephone and ADSL internet connection are available for guests use. Walking through the lounge, you will come into a beautiful courtyard/atrium which has been made into a quite stunning dining room, where you can dine under the stars. There are 4 exquisitely furnished bedrooms, 2 of them en suite and air conditioned, the master having a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. A further 2 bedrooms, another bathroom, and a lovely, very spacious, fully fitted modern kitchen, complete what the villa has to offer.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote, perhaps the most unusual of the Canary Islands, lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This position ensures year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
Only about 45Km long and around 18Km at its widest point, the island is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape of almost 300 volcanoes. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.

The villa is located right on the seafront in a very quiet and exclusive small estate. The resort centre is just a 20 minute stroll along the seafront walkway ,which is accessed by a private gate. The resort is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo, which is just a 10 minute walk from the villa It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a short stroll away. Playa Blanca also has a stunning new marina with shops, cafes and restaurants. All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!
