This Villa is a lovely property only a 5 minute walk into playa Blanca so no car required. It has been tastefully and comfortably furnished throughout. It benefits from being a short walking distance into the centre of Playa Blanca and its beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. It is suitable for couples or families.
Also a benefit of Los Calamares is a large communal pool, tennis courts and a mini golf with trampolines plus a bar.

The villa has a spacious lounge with flat screen television, satellite TV (freeview), DVD player, music centre, selection of CDs and French doors opening up onto the patio and pool area. An archway from the lounge leads into the dining area and through to the fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor hood, etc. You will find a dishwasher in the utility room along with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.
There are two bedrooms, the master having a beautiful vaulted ceiling, king size bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe, and you have a twin bedroom with a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A comfortable sofa sleeps 2 more guests.
All rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot Lanzarote nights and there are mosquito screens on the shutters.
A cot, high chair and bed guard are also provided, if required. Heaters are also provided for cooler nights.
The property has a shower room with walk in shower cubicle and there is a further bathroom with bath and shower over.
All the lovely artwork that you see within the villa is original.

Stepping out onto the terrace you have a shaded alfresco dining area with a patio table and 6 chairs, an ample terrace with 4 sun loungers for soaking up the sun and a 6.5m x 3.5m electrically heated pool for cooling down afterwards. This area is very private being surrounded by a high wall, which will enable you to enjoy the relaxation of the hot tub to its fullest, without interruption. For the chef there is a BBQ to rustle up the steaks while enjoying a glass of sangria.

Playa Blanca originally a small fishing village is fast becoming one of the island's finest tourist areas. Basking in all year round warm sunshine with clear blue seas, Playa Blanca is a holidaymaker's paradise. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. If it's lazy days in the sun you are looking for, this is the ideal place. Playa Blanca's beaches are small but perfectly formed and benefit from excellent nearby amenities such as the shops, bars and restaurants.
The Playa Blanca / Los Calamares area
Playa Blanca is fantastic for families who want to spend the day at the beach and their nights enjoying fine food at one of many international restaurants set on the golden sand sea front.
Los Calamares in a short walk into the centre of town and so is very convenient for all the amenities.
From the harbour at Playa Blanca, ferries cross several times a day to Fuerteventura. It is possible to go to the island as a foot passenger or with a car and the 45-minute crossing is good fun in itself as you can sit on the open-air terrace and enjoy the ocean. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island (and some people say in all of Spain) is in close proximity to Playa Blanca. Papagayo beach is a must-see place for anyone staying in Playa Blanca
