This fabulous very spacious villa is located in the exclusive area of Los Riscos where you will find the resort´s most expensive villas. It boasts the most spectacular panoramic views looking out over the resort to sea and Fuerteventura and is fully equipped with everything required for a wonderful holiday. It has a rather rustic Spanish charm not to be found in some modern villas.
The property is on 2 levels, each with a terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge/diner, so ideal for 2 families holidaying with each other but who like their own space. The first floor has 3 large bedrooms, one of which is en suite with patio doors to A large terrace where you can sit and soak up the views, and a family bathroom. The spacious lounge/diner also enjoys the views, and has full Sky package, DVD player, and playstation.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you´ll need to enjoy your holiday. The lower floor also has 3 bedrooms, one double en suite and 2 twins with another family bathroom. Again a lounge with satellite TV, DVD etc., and a kitchen. On this level is the main terrace and electrically heated swimming pool. The views here are equally impressive.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote, perhaps the most unusual of the Canary Islands, lies approximately 95 Km off the west coast of Africa and 1100 Km south west of the Spanish peninsula. This position ensures year round high temperatures, more days of sunshine and fewer days of rain than the other islands. Summer temperatures can be in the 90's although these are always tempered by cooling breezes - ideal for sunbathing and sport during the day and comfortable in the evenings for relaxing over a leisurely meal or drink at one of the many bars and restaurants.
Only about 45Km long and around 18Km at its widest point, the island is famous for its dramatic lunar landscape of almost 300 volcanoes. Views of volcanic mountains, picon covered fields and rocky coastlines are broken up by a large number of beautiful golden sandy beaches and an amazing amount of well attended greenery and agriculture.
The Playa Blanca / Los Riscos area
Los Riscos is where you will find Playa Blanca´s most exclusive villas. It´s just a 25 minutes walk or 3/4 minutes drive from the beach and centre of Playa Blanca. The resort is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants.
The harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is a short stroll away. Playa Blanca also has a stunning new marina with shops, cafes and restaurants. All in all, a magnificent place to have the holiday you've dreamt of!
