The apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, table linen and kitchen towels with their relevant regular changes. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items, such as crockery, cutlery, kitchen implements, gas cooker and fridge. The distance to the beach is only a few metres. Besides, each apartment has a safe and heating system allowing long stays even in winter.

Winter-prices: From November to February:
per one person / month: 480,00 € per two persons / month : 600,00 €
After the reservation date has been arranged, an advance payment of Euros 50,00 per person should be sent. The corresponding rental contract will then be forwarded immediately. The balance shall be paid upon delivery of the apartment.
In the case of cancellation by writing, 50% of the advance will be refunded, if such cancellation is made within a minimun period of two months before occupation. If a reserved apartment is not occupied during the first day (without previous notice) all rights concerning the reservation will be lost. In the case of an advance departure no refund will be given.
