Situated approximately 1 km from Plan de la Tour, a delightful, unspoilt village which provides most requirements including a weekly market, two small supermarkets, a butcher, bakers, bars and several good restaurants. Ideally located for enjoying the best of both worlds that the Côte d'Azur has to offer, the rural surroundings are secluded and peaceful, yet the villa is within easy distance of the glamour and bustle of Ste Maxime, St Tropez and their magnificent beaches. Amenities include large (37ft x 16ft) heated and fenced pool, Wi Fi, Satellite TV and boules area. There is a local restaurant a few mins walk up the road, tennis courts in the village and a riding stables and aqua park nearby. St Tropez is a fun 5 min ferry ride from Ste Maxime. Sunday changeover.

The villa is bright and spacious and is furnished in simple Provençal style. The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises: Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room (42ft x 18ft) with dining area (seats eight). Patio doors opening on to covered outside seating and dining area (seats eight) leading to a large terrace. Master double bedroom with patio doors opening on to the terrace. En-suite bathroom with bath (shower over) and twin basins. Separate WC. Additional double bedroom with patio doors opening on to the terrace. En-suite bathroom with shower and basin. Separate WC. (NB. The two double bedrooms are at opposite ends of the property, offering complete privacy for two couples holidaying together.) Bedroom with zip and link beds which can be twin or double. Twin bedroom (NB This bedroom is relatively small in comparison to the other bedrooms). Shower room with shower and basin. Separate WC.

Outside - The villa is set within one and a half acres of mature gardens. Large (37ft x 16ft) heated and fenced pool with pool furniture, sun-loungers and boules area. Pool house with dining area, fridge and barbecue. Ample private parking. Approximately 1km from the village of Plan de la Tour. (NB We do not recommend that guests walk to the village via the road as it is very steep and winding).
Conditions
Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and pool heating.
A 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the commencement of the booking. A £250 refundable security deposit is payable with balance. Full payment is due for bookings which take place within eight weeks. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, debit card or credit card. Credit card bookings are subject to a 2% fee to recover the charges made by the card companies.
During the winter months, there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

One of the world’s most famous coastlines and the original playground of the rich and famous, the St Tropez peninsula has many different faces and moods.
During the summer months, St Tropez is the epitome of glamour and opulence. The town buzzes with those who come to enjoy the celebrated restaurants and bars, party at the infamous Caves du Roy nightclub and soak up the atmosphere on the celebrity-studded Pampelonne beaches, lined with lively beach bars including the renowned Club 55. At other times of the year, a more relaxed atmosphere pervades. One can enjoy strolling around the pretty cobbled streets of this charming old town at leisure. Spend time sampling the excellent cuisine, shopping in the chic boutiques, or relaxing over a pastis in one of the pavement cafés overlooking the picturesque harbour.
Away from the bustle of St Tropez, the surrounding countryside is surprisingly tranquil and unspoilt. The peninsula boasts over 40 sandy beaches, many of which are peaceful and secluded, nestling between rocky coves. From the coast, vineyards lead to the hill country beyond with its own rugged beauty and spectacular views over the glistening Mediterranean and the Bay of St Tropez.
The region also plays host to a multitude of events, including the international regatta 'Les Voiles de St Tropez' in October for classic sailing yachts, the St Tropez and Gassin Polo Master's tournament in September and further afield, the Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix in May.

The Plan de la Tour area
Against the backdrop of the undulating hills of the Massif des Maures, the medieval villages of Plan de la Tour, Gassin, Ramatuelle and Grimaud nestle between vineyards and tree-covered hillsides. These delightful, romantic villages have retained their rustic, provençal charm. Here one can enjoy sampling the local wine and cuisine, visiting the traditional markets, or just spending time in one of the pavement cafés watching the world go by. For more sporty types, the region offers excellent cycling, walking and horse-riding as well as superb sailing and other water sports, including wind surfing, water skiing and diving. There are tennis courts in Plan de la Tour and an international golf course nearby. In the winter months it is possible to combine a trip to the Côte d'Azur with winter sports, the nearest ski resorts being only 1.5 hours drive away.
