Bedroom two (queen size) with large luxury modern en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom three (Two single size beds) has luxury modern en-suite bathroom with shower. Hardwood fitted wardrobes throughout.

Open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge area adjoining outside spacious terrace with outdoor shower, sala and landscaped area with tropical plants and coconut trees all facing the ocean. Fans and air-condition in all living areas inside. Beautiful modern bathrooms with individual features, granite tops. Western kitchen with granite worktop, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer.Private beach side sala. Large private infinity pool with Jacuzzi with large terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Vila Por de Sol has a large 8 shaped oval pool with jacuzzi surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace that has its own washroom with outside shower and a landscaped area with tropical plants and coconut trees. There is an outside wooden deck to relax and eating "al-fresco" style. And there is a private beach side sala perfect for enjoying the sun set while having your favourite drink.

The Koh Samui region

Big Bhudda is very near. Cheong Mon beach and Cheweng beach and Bophut beaches are within 10-15 minutes drive.

It is hard to imagine a more perfect tropical island than Koh Samui, where the lush mountainous interior leads down to endless swathes of coconut groves, and a shore fringed with white sandy beaches and ancient granite boulders. Calm, clear waters are always warm and inviting, and numerous surrounding islands offer their mysteries to explore. Apart from offering everything one could wish for on a tropical island.

PAYMENTS:

A completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total charge is required to confirm a booking. No contract shall exist until we have received the assigned booking form together with the correct deposit payment or full payment and we have confirmed the reservation in writing. Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If the payment is not received within 5 banking days the booking shall be considered cancelled.

Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival. If we do not receive the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply.For bookings of less than one week (4 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of the booking.
