The indoor living area comprises of three (3) spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a comfortable living room area with satellite TV with surround sound system, a formal dining area, and a fully equipped western kitchen. The outdoor living area has a large swimming pool with a Jacuzzi with a spacious sunbathing terrace equipped with cushioned sun loungers and parasols, a table and chairs for relaxation and eating 'al fresco' and a room where at the end of the day you can admire memorable sunsets while drinking your favourite cocktails. The Koh Samui region

A completed booking form and an initial deposit of 35% of the total charge is required to confirm a booking. No contract shall exist until we have received the assigned booking form together with the correct deposit payment or full payment and we have confirmed the reservation in writing. Bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If the payment is not received within 5 banking days the booking shall be considered cancelled. Payment of the outstanding balance must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival. If we do not receive the balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply.For bookings of less than one week (4 - 6 nights) or for bookings made within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of the booking.
