About the home

This superb beachfront property provides the ultimate in luxury living. Ideally situated on a sandy beach and surrounded by lush green gardens the villa enjoys fantastic sea views towards the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan and beyond. Located on the much sought after North East coast the villa is only a few minutes from shops, restaurants and the popular entertainment areas.

Perfect for all ages, the villa boasts an oversized pool incorporating a child’s play pool and Jacuzzi, a large sunbathing terrace and decking for entertaining and outdoor dining. To one side of the pool there is an attractive water feature and a traditional Thai sala, ideal for lazing around or the perfect setting for a relaxing massage.

The open-plan layout of the villa enhances the sense of spatial freedom and stretches across two pavilions. One pavilion contains two beautifully furnished double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with large twin beds. The shared bathroom with connecting doors makes this a perfect solution for parents with younger children.

The other pavilion has an extensive living area and a further double bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The stylishly furnished lounge and formal dining areas are light and airy, in contemporary neutrals and fine dark timbers, enhanced by glass doors on two sides that lead you out onto the terrace and opening up the space to the cooling sea breeze. The western style kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience.

During certain times of the year the sea recedes over 100 meters, at other times the water is shallow and not suitable for swimming. It's a short drive to one of the best swimming beaches on the island.

The Koh Samui region

When you travel around the island you will find a wealth of natural beauty and cosmopolitan luxury.

Koh Samui is small enough to drive a car around in about two hours and big enough to discover new things and beautiful places even if you stay for several weeks. While the most visited areas have roads lined with shops and businesses, much of the island remains covered with coconut groves, rice paddies and tropical forest. A sense of adventure and a bit of effort will be amply rewarded with everything from sophisticated shops and restaurants to serene hikes, jungle drives and spectacular views.

Many kinds of retail goods from all over Thailand are available. Thai silks and handicrafts are just two examples. Visit Chaweng, Nathon and Lamai for the best retail therapy.

Night Life
Samui's nightlife is centred on Chaweng Beach Road. Here you will find many nightclubs, bars and restaurants.

Golf
The Santiburi Samui Country Club 18 hole Championship Golf Course located in the hillside on Samui's northern coast. It commands magnificent views of Maenam Beach and the island of Koh Phangan beyond.

Sights and Scenes

The Plai Laem area

Close to the fishing boat marina and set in a coconut grove this small exclusive development of recently built villas has direct access to the secluded and unspoilt sandy beach at Plai Laem on the fashionable north coast. The villa is close to the swimming beach and five star international beach hotels at Cheong Mon, the charming fisherman's village of Bophut with it's colourful chinese shop houses, bars and restaurants lining the water's edge. The airport is a 10 minute drive and the shops, bars and vibrant nightlife of Chaweng Beach just 15 minutes.

Koh Samui is located in the Gulf of Thailand on the south east coast of Thailand about 700 kilometres from the capital Bangkok. It is easily reached in just over an hour by direct flight from Bangkok and direct flights from Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Krabi, Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
