Fioribello comprises of one block of 60 apartments built over 5 floors and boasts a large infinity swimming pool with children's area offering panoramic views of the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea.

Our cosy, modern and well equiped apartment is located on the 4th floor on the south side, and on a clear day you can see Stombolli from the balcony.

Parking is available on the site at no extra cost and the local train station (Pizzo Vibo) is only a 5 minutes' walk from the apartment with direct routes to Reggio Calabria and Lamezia or further afield to Naples or Rome. Sicily is also easily accessible by either train or car.

Opposite the complex is good Pizzeria which also offers a takeaway service as well as the restaurant, and the local supermarket and other shops are just a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk . Vibo Marina and Vibo Marina Beach (Lido Prosperpina) are also just a 5 minute drive. The Marina offers a further selection of restaurants and bars, and during the evenings is a popular, lively nightspot. Vibo Marina Beach - the nearest beach to the apartment - is perfect for all to enjoy! Offering shelter if required from behind with Eucalyptus trees, the fine white sand and crystal clear and very shallow waters are perfect for families with children. There is a bar and volleyball area, together with small play area for very young children.

In the unlikely event that you should experience any issues during your stay, they and their team will be on hand to assist you. Covid Cleaning Procedures So that you can feel safe during your stay, we have introduced additional cleaning procedures. After each rental, the entire property is sprayed (vapo system) with a registered disinfectant solution and wiped down. This includes all soft furnishings (mattress, cushions and sofa). All pillows and mattresses also have double protectors in place. The apartment is then cleaned with a bleach solution except on areas where the bleach would cause damage. All remotes control are placed in zipper bags.

Dear guest I am very sorry to hear that our apartment was not what you had expected and was not on the ground floor. The advertisement clearly states that the apartment is located within a small complex over 5 floors, and the photos showing the view from the balcony would indicate that the apartment is on one of the upper floors. However from your feedback, I have now updated my advert and have stated its exact floor level so that this mis understanding will not happen again. Regarding the lift, this has never been in operation hence why no lift is mentioned in the advertisement. The reason why this does not work is because the complex is still connected to the original power supply, although this is changing imminently. The apartment is also listed as not suitable for guests with disabilities. Had you have advised me of your severe heart problems, or even asked which floor the apartment was on, I would have been very honest with you and would have told you that our apartment would not be suitable as it is on the 4th floor. Once again, I am sorry that our apartment did not meet your requirements. Kind regards Sarah

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah (the owner) a message.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
