The Gardeners Cottage is set in it's own part of the grounds of the Grangemuir Estate and is completely separate from the 6 one bedroom terrace cottages on site. The accommodation is all on the ground floor, although there are some steps up to the front door. The cottage has a lovely garden with plenty of space (although there is a small stream at the bottom so children will need supervision).

Accommodation:

There is one double room which can be made as either a large double bed or two single beds with an en-suite shower room. A second double bedroom which can also be made as a large double or twin. The third bedroom has a bunk bed which has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is also a house bathroom, with bath, w.c and wash hand basin. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room for an additional 2 guests.

The sitting room has an open fire, TV with freeview and DVD player. The open plan kitchen / dining room has a table and chairs to seat 9 with patio doors leading to the BBQ area at the rear of the cottage which also has table and chairs for 9 guests. The kitchen has an American style fridge, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a conservatory at the front of the property with several arm chairs.
