Ideally situated for hill walking, golfing, horse riding, cycling, sailing (Loch Tummel Sailing Club is next door) you can even bring your own boat and launch it or just relax by the log burning stove on dark winter nights!

The highland towns of Pitlochry and Aberfeldy with all their amenities are both within 25 minutes drive, where you will find a good selection of interesting shops, art galleries, restaurants, distilleries, theatre and a cinema. There is a local shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles away.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the bright and spacious open plan living room (with wood burning stove), dining area and kitchen.

The large picture window in the living room looks out onto Loch Tummel and the hillside beyond. There will be an initial supply of logs for the wood burning stove and there are electric heaters throughout the apartment.

The dining area has seating for four and the kitchen is well appointed with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and electric cooker and liquidiser. The kitchen has a good selection of essential herbs and condiments which you might need and we leave you a welcome pack on your arrival.

There is one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All linen is provided including towels.

The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The apartment is equipped with a hairdryer, ironing board, iron, airing rack, vacuum cleaner and television with freesat and wifi. There are a good selection of books, magazines, games and DVD's for those days you want to stay in and relax.

There is a sunny patio with garden furniture and a large grassed area for your use with delightful views of the loch across our field. On the shore there is a picnic table and campfire ready for you, all you need is the charcoal and the sausages! We also have a Canadian canoe which you may use if you would like to, as long as you follow the safety guidelines.

Pets may be accommodated on request. Please contact us for more information.
