The apartment is located in a very strategical position, very close to such a beautiful and cultural cities like Florence, Lucca, Pisa and it is also situated very close to the seaside, only about 40 km from prestigious Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio and to the very famous spa of Montecatini Terme. Quiet and peaceful, it offers the chance to spend a cultural holyday and at the same time to have amazing time on the beautiful beaches of Versilia.
The furniture is very refined.

The Tuscany region

The location is situated in the heart of Tuscany, very close to the most important artistic sites of italian renaissance; besides Florence, Lucca and Pisa, which are in the range of 40 km, there is Vinci, where Leonardo was born, which is at about 30 km. At 7 km from the apartment, there are Montecatini Spa, very good for healthy care. Plus at about 35 minutes driving, there is the famous Versilia seaside (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Torre del lago Puccini). For children, Collodi, the very famous locality where the character of Pinocchio was born, it is at about 15 km.

Pistoia / Chiesina Uzzanese area

The house is located in Chiesina Uzzanese, that is at 7 km far from Montecatini terme. This little gorgeous town is very famous for his spa. Plus there are very nice shops

Fly to Florence or Pisa - Chiesina Uzzanese is just 35Km from Pisa and 40Km from Florence.
