Villa Olica is a very peaceful and secluded luxury three bedroom villa surrounded by landscaped gardens, private pool and patio area. The large roof terrace has spectacular views of Pissouri Bay and surrounding hills. The villa is built on an exclusive complex which will provide the perfect holiday home location.
There is ample off road parking within the enclosed gated driveway. There is a 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps leading into the shallow end with a pool shower facility. The patio and terraced areas are well equipped for outside dining and BBQs, with poolside sun loungers and parasols, and external lighting features.
The villa consists of an open plan living room and kitchen/diner with two sets of double doors opening onto the patio area. There are three double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, and a family bathroom all on the ground floor. A marble staircase leads up to a laundry utility area and roof top terrace with outside table and chairs.

Conditions
Payment of 25% of the rental is required to secure the booking with the balance due six weeks before your stay.
In addition a security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Deposits will only be non-refundable for major damagees or breakages. It is accepted that minor accidents do occur from time to time and in these circumstances please be assured that the deposit will not be withheld.
The Limassol region


The second largest city in Cyprus which is steeped in history and lies between the two ancient towns of Curium to the west and Amathus to the east. Limessol is also renowned for its archaeological sites and mediaeval castles. Modern Limessol has evolved into a busy commercial centre and large cosmopolitan resort. The extensive tourist area encompasses restaurants, nightclubs, pubs and bars, water-parks and great sandy beaches, and shops including those specialising in jewellery and leather goods. Annual events include a wine festival in September and carnival in March.
The Pissouri / Pissouri Village area
The quaint cypriot village of Pissouri is situated in the principle vine growing area of Cyprus, overlooking the coast. It is set on the main Paphos to Limossol road and is approximately 1,000 feet above sea level. It is acknowledged by most travellers to be an attractive and charismatic village in Cyprus. There is a village square, Greek orthodox church, several shops, banks and postal service. Family run tavernas serve excellent food at competetive prices, and there is also a varied selection of bars and restaurants. The village has a very friendly atmosphere and most people speak English. During the summer months regular Cypriot nights are held in the several tavernas in the village and in Pissouri Bay or visit the amphitheatre where plays, concerts and traditional dance are performed.
Pissouri Bay has become a favourite tourist destination in recent years since it provides a beautiful natural environment with an unspoilt sandy beach which has been awarded the blue-flag a symbol of its official certification by European Union bodies as a clean and safe beach. A wide choice of tavernas on and around the beach offer an extensive range of food and drink. Many of them serve freshly caught fish which is a real treat not to be missed.
Spa and beauty treatments are also available at the five star Columbia Beach hotel, open to non-residents who are welcome to use the facilities of the Spa and Leisure Centre payable on a daily basis.
The two communities of Pissouri are unique in their blend of mountain and sea, famous for breathtaking views and also the very mild climate boasting sunshine 300 days of the year. It is an ideal, charming and peaceful resort, that remained unchanged for centuries where one can experience a friendly and relaxed atmosphere far from the trappings of civilization. Whether you are young or old, staying for a while or simply passing through, Pissouri is the ideal spot to totally wind down from the pressures of modern day living.
The area boasts two excellent golf courses and facilities for the keen golfers at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.

This is the fourth villa that we have rented in Pissouri village and it has been the best so far. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for 2012. Located at the top of the hill above the village it is in a quiet and peaceful location with little if any passing traffic.. Both the villa and the pool are maintained to a very high standard by Janne and Paul who are always nearby if needed. |

We've stayed in Cyprus, particularly Pissouri for many years and found this villa to be the best we've had so far. Everything you need for a great villa holiday with children has been thought about (the kids enjoyed one the games so much we bought it when we got home!), the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need whether you to plan to cook inside or BBQ. The steps into the pool are brilliant with children, we spent more time than we normally do in the pool this year as the pool area and pool were so good. Where the villa is position is great for the summer hot months, as it attracts a nice breeze which cools you down when its hot. |
