Villa Holly is a luxury 3 bed / 2 bathroom detached villa with its own 8m x 4m swimming pool set in lovely, secluded private gardens. Furnished to an immaculate, modern and spacious standard the Villa boast facilities such as Air Conditioning, digital TV, Wi-Fi internet access, DVD player, and CD/MP3 music system including an I pod docking port.

The villa is situated just outside the lovely coastal village of Pissouri which is approximately 20 minutes from Paphos Airport. The village has spectacular views of both the Mediterranean and the Troodos mountains inland. There are many excellent restaurants and Taverna's, an open air amphitheatre for events with a stunning backdrop, plus modern banking facilities and shops in the pedestrianised square.

Visitors also have access to a communal tennis court and 10m x 5m swimming pool which is only a short two minute walk from the villa.

The weekly price is an inclusive price with no additional costs. With our compliments you will receive upon arrival a basic welcome pack to help start your holiday.

Villa Holly is an unparalleled fusion of modern and spacious living. The villa has three bedrooms, one master bedroom and two twin rooms. Each room has its own individual air conditioning unit complete with a remote control meaning you never have to leave your bed to change the temperature. Blinds and fly screens are equipped in every bedroom coupled with in built wardrobes and bed side tables. The two bathrooms are situated next to the bedrooms and both come with W/C, large wash basin and mirror. One bathroom has a shower over bath with the other having a walk in shower.

The emphasis on luxury and quality is continued throughout the property. Villa Holly has an open plan living and dining area. It is stylishly furnished with comfortable modern settees, digital TV, Wi Fi access, DVD player, CD player, I pod docking station, chilled water dispenser and a selection of games. The spacious kitchen has granite worktops, and modern appliances that include fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee percolator, toasted sandwich maker and toaster. The kitchen also has plenty of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and saucepans for your every need.

The dining room is fully air-conditioned. It can comfortably seat 6 adults around a large glass top table.
Before your arrival the property is cleaned professionally. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are included. However linen for the cot is not.

Villa Holly boasts the most beautiful, secluded and landscaped gardens with its own private swimming pool. The pool has its own life buoy with ladder access from either end making it especially safe for children. The outside area is complete with six sun loungers and a gazebo with a dining table and six chairs which is fully lit for evening dining. There is also a BBQ provided with an excellent butcher in Pissouri Village should you wish to dine at the villa.

Villa Holly’s secluded garden has a grassed area which is perfect for family entertainment especially boules (included) with two large umbrellas which provide all the shade that may be required.

Cyprus is an island that basks year-round in the light of the hot Mediterranean sun.

The district of Limassol has a wide spectrum of activities and a great number of museums and archaeological sites available to the interested visitor. Places of interest include the Berengaria Castle, the place where Richard the Lionheart married Berengaria, Kolossi Castle, the ancient city of Curium and it’s still functioning theatre, Amathunta and many other archaeological spots scattered around the city.

For those of the more energetic persuasion there are water parks, go-karting tracks and horseback riding for you to enjoy. Limassol district is a very versatile region of Cyprus and can cater for a wide range of interests in order to provide the perfect location for a holiday at any time of the year.

The Pissouri / Pissouri Village area

The villa is situated just outside the vine making coastal village of Pissouri. The village is steeped in character and set amongst a maze of narrow streets, featuring pretty stone-built houses with picturesque vineyards all around and has spectacular views of both the Mediterranean and the Troodos mountains inland, perfect for the enthusiastic walker.

Pissouri village has accomplished an astonishing feat, it has managed to modernise its amenities while retaining all of its original personality and character. There are many excellent restaurants and Taverna's, an open air amphitheatre for events with a stunning backdrop, plus modern banking facilities, supermarkets, shops and even a gym and spa.

The pedestrianised square provides an idyllic setting to dine and relax at night with family members.
Villa Holly is ideally located to enable visitors to enjoy a vast range of activities. Whilst Pissouri village offers visitors the opportunity to experience original Cypriot architecture and ambience, Pissouri bay, which is a short 5 minute drive from the Villa, offers a far more energetic prospect. There are numerous water sports available from jet skiing, wind surfing, snorkelling, sailing, paragliding, a banana boat and water-skiing. All of these facilities are carried out on a beach which has been awarded the European Blue Flag for its cleanliness, safety and facilities. Alternatively why not sit, relax and enjoy the ambiance.

The villa is located 20 minutes drive from Paphos International Airport and 70 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport.

There are numerous flight operators which fly into both Paphos and Larnaca. Below are a few suggestions;
British Airways, Monarch, Cyprus Airways, Easy Jet, Jet 2, Air Flight and Fly Globe Span.

We email clear directions to you from Paphos airport and can also give you the contact details of reputable local car hire companies which we always use. They will deliver the hire car to the airport or to our villa. Similarly we can also provide details of an excursion/trip organiser to help arrange any special days out that you may wish to enjoy whilst on the island.

As in the UK, driving is on the left.

We would recommend hiring a car to maximise your Cyprus experience, although you may use a taxi service, we can also give you the contact details of a reputable local taxi company which we always use

There are excellent road connections to the whole island.
