This 4 bedroom villa with private pool is situated within 200 metres of the beach at Pissouri Bay. Located midway between Paphos and Limassol, Pissouri is a great base from which the rest of the island can be explored.
The spacious open plan living and dining area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas with entertainment being provided by the satellite television (limited channels) and DVD player. The formal dining table comfortably seats 6. The spacious kitchen features all modern conveniences including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen area also features a second dining table for less formal dining. A guest cloakroom is also available on this floor.
All four colourful bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and shares a sea facing balcony with the second double bedroom. The two remaining bedrooms are both twin bedded rooms. A full family bathroom completes the accommodation on this floor. All the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (for heating and cooling) which are included in the price. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are available and a baby cot and highchair can be provided on request. Central heating throughout means this property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.
Outside the 9 metre x 4 metre swimming pool (with walk in steps) is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A built in BBQ area with sink provide the perfect facilities for summer dining al fresco during the warm summer months.

The Limassol District
Limassolians have a reputation for being fun loving and always ready to party. The wine festival in September and the Carnival in March are major events on the island. Limassol is a large, cosmopolitan port and resort with some of the best hotels in Cyprus and an enormous selection of restaurants, night clubs, discos and shops.
This the gateway to the mountain resorts which can easily be reached via a very good road from Limassol. Pissouri and Governor's beaches are within easy reach as is the enormous beach at Curium. The villages in the mountains around Limassol are set in the midst of vineyards and several are featured in our programme. The crusader castle of Kolossi, the headquarters of the Knights Templar and St John of Jerusalem, is within easy reach as are the ancient kingdoms of Curium to the west and Amathus to the east. It was in Limassol castle that Richard the Lionheart married Berengaria of Navarre.
Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area
Pissouri Bay has an informal collection of excellent fish tavernas and restaurants along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach all within easy walking distance of this villa. For the more energetic holidaymaker the organised beach at Pissouri offers a selection of watersports during the summer season. Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri is situated half way between Limassol and Paphos and is a great base from which to explore both places. It extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea, both areas possessing a unique character and charm. Several water sports are available here during the summer season. Pissouri Square in the hillside village has a delightful feel to it and visitors are always pleased to see it has retained it's original Cypriot character. It boasts a good array of tavernas and restaurants and, in the summer, there is a typical Cypriot night in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by holiday makers and locals alike.
