About the home
This 4 bedroom villa with private pool is situated within 200 metres of the beach at Pissouri Bay. Located midway between Paphos and Limassol, Pissouri is a great base from which the rest of the island can be explored.
The spacious open plan living and dining area is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas with entertainment being provided by the satellite television (limited channels) and DVD player. The formal dining table comfortably seats 6. The spacious kitchen features all modern conveniences including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen area also features a second dining table for less formal dining. A guest cloakroom is also available on this floor.
All four colourful bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and shares a sea facing balcony with the second double bedroom. The two remaining bedrooms are both twin bedded rooms. A full family bathroom completes the accommodation on this floor. All the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (for heating and cooling) which are included in the price. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are available and a baby cot and highchair can be provided on request. Central heating throughout means this property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.
Outside the 9 metre x 4 metre swimming pool (with walk in steps) is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A built in BBQ area with sink provide the perfect facilities for summer dining al fresco during the warm summer months.

The Limassol region
Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri is found approximately half way between Limassol and Paphos and is a great base from which to explore both places. Pissouri is one of those rare places in Cyprus which has managed to retain its traditional Cypriot character while adapting very successfully to welcoming visitors, and could be considered by those looking for a beach holiday, sightseeing break or golf enthusiasts alike.
The Pissouri / Pissouri Bay area
Pissouri extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. Split between two distinct communities each possesses a unique character and charm.
The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometers, from the protection of the Cape Aspro Cliffs in the west to the rockier Mavrorotsos area in the east. A grocery store and local bank are within easy walking distance of the villa whilst a handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found only 200 metres away along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.
Approximately 4 kilometres inland is the hillside village of Pissouri, and at the heart of the village the charming pedestrianised square with a good array of tavernas and restaurants. A bank, post office, mini market and delicatessen are also found in the village. During the summer months a traditional Cypriot night takes place in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by visitors and locals alike.
Two golf courses are within 10 minutes drive of Pissouri. Aphrodite Hills boasts the magnificent 18 hole championship golf course designed by acclaimed course architect, Cabell B Robinson whilst the Secret Valley Golf Course, offers an 18 hole championship course in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations. The resort of Aphrodite Hills also offers the perfect escape for non golfers too at their award winning Retreat Spa (honoured with the top accolade of ‘European Spa of the Year 2008’ at the Professional Beauty Awards). Here you can indulge in the ultimate pamper experience in a sanctuary of calm and tranquility, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated.
The sights of Petra Tou Romiou (Aphrodites Rock), Kourium ampitheatre, Kolossi Castle and the World Heritage sites of Paphos are all within a 30 minute drive.

Witton - The Villa is beautiful and very well equipped and there are some fantastic restaurants, all close to Villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return to Pissouri and Bayview. We will recommend to family and friends.
